Apparentemente pulita, ma Colonia di cimici del letto sotto al materasso
Abbiamo dovuto rifare i bagagli di corsa, trovare un’altra struttura a mezzanotte e trasferirci
Non c era nessuno in reception, quindi non abbiamo avuto assistenza
Il giorno dopo abbiamo dovuto accertarci di non vedere addebitato il costo della camera

Recomendaría este hotel a todo aquel que quiera disfrutar de esta zona de la sardegna y acercarse a conocer la costa esmeralda.
El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, todo queda cerca del hotel. Puedes ir a Costa Esmeralda en muy poco tiempo, Porto Cervo queda a unos 30 minutos y Grande Pevero también.
El personal del hotel muy simpáticos, y dispuestos a ayudarte y a darte recomendaciones. Elia nos ha recomendado muchos lugares para visitar e ir a Comer/Cenar y también nos ha ayudado a disfrutar del hotel en todo momento, es un chico muy atento. La verdad que hemos quedado muy contentos por el excelente trato recibido.
El desayuno muy bueno y con una terraza con vistas al mar.
Las habitaciones son grandes y con todo tipo de servicios.
Lo único que no me gusto del hotel es que no sirvieran comidas ni cenas, seguramente por restricciones covid pero todo lo demás excelente.

Molto sporchi, le.lenziola avevano tracce di urina e toccato controllarle a noi e farle cambiare, gli asciugamani sempre totalmente sporchi e con capelli al suo interno, anche la stanza era sporta e molto allo sbando tutta roba vecchia e rotta anche la tazza del bagno, con poi detergenti in omaggio e senza acqua nella camera, la reception sempre mancante e manca posteggio

The location was great, even though it was up a steep hill, but the views of the port and the sea from the lobby were worth it.
The staff were friendly and accommodating, gave us tips see some Islands.
Rooms were cleaned daily.

The bathroom was big.
Value for money, our room was small and basic, not much space to move around especially with luggage. The rooms were refurbished and clean but the hotel had it's best days in the past.
AC made an annoying sound
The garden view was on the tree roots with some trash :)

The room features were quite basic/budget. It was tidy and clean but not hugely luxurious

Cannot lock room. There are 2 nails purposely nailed to the holes to prevent the door's bolt lock from going in. I asked the staff why and he simple said the door is automatic. The answer doesn't make sense and when I asked again, he simply walked away and mumbled something.
This is the first time I felt unsafe staying in a hotel where you find 2 long nails nailed a the door bolt to prevent locking.

The staff is really nice and the cleanliness of the room was good.
The whole hotel and rooms can be improved with some renovations works and by taking care of some aspects like holes in the walls or doors that do not properly close. The breakfast at 15€ is overpriced as well as the rooms considering the distance from the city center and the general conditions of the hotel. There is no real parking lot, and the guests have to park in the middle of the street.

The room was clean, beautiful sea and city view, very charming area and hotel was what was expected. The staff was also very nice.
There was no hair blow dryer and the shower head was not stable. Room was a bit small but it's not like we stayed in the room much!

The bedroom was poorly designed with little storage. The fridge wasn't very cold. The beds were uncomfortable. The breakfast was mediocre.
