no tourists and amazing privacy despite hosts living right next door

no complaints whatsoever but with 5 people it gets a little cozy which is just fine if you have younger kids and an extra mattress or cradle.

Quiet place to stay and friendly, familiar host, very nice garden and terrace. Great for SUP along the lake, brought our own. My son didn't want to leave. We enjoyed the stay very much! THANK YOU.

Nothing, will come back during summer so we can enjoy the lake even more and the pool for our 6 year old, as it was to cold for swimming mid October.

No air confitioning

Rosa kindly provided nibbles wine and water for our arrival. It is in such a peaceful location and the surrounding garden is lovely, with use of the pool, which is fenced off for families with small children. Nearest restaurants 10-15 minutes walk and Bracciano village with shops, minimarket, restaurants and station is 40 minutes walk

I couldn't fault the property or the hosts. If anything it was slightly too remote if you don't drive but the positive of this means it's so quiet and we got some exercise!
