The atmosphere and position

location location location. Apartment is just on the bottom of famous stairs. Apartment was amazingly big and we had the best bathroom ever with walk in. It is very comfy and there is no problem contacting with owner. Even he help us to park the car properly. Design of the room was very modern and nice. It is definetly good place to stay in caltagirone.

The location is great. The apartment is clean and comfortable. it has a small kitchen which was useful. it has a smart tv do you can stream your own apps.
The room was not ready at the time designated on Booking.com.
The owner accepts check ins until midnight. We were fast asleep after a long day and were woken at 11:45pm by people being checked in. They were all very inconsiderate making a LOT of noise at check in. The new occupants then proceeded to have loud sex in the common area and generally make a racket until 2:00am.

Perfect location, with all the facilities included. We had the entire Pallazo ( 2 deluxe rooms), including a livingroom were you can enjoy time together after a full day visiting the city.
There were no carpets on the floor, our visit was in December ( was really cold over the night) - so you need to have some slippers.
It's not related to the comfort of the rooms, but I guess the breakfast can be excluded from the benefits lists , since there is no breakfast.. it's only a voucher to a local bar centrale.. where you will receive 1 croissant and 1 coffee.

The room was better than I expected. Very clean and comfortable. I was really impressed to find intimate wash in the bathroom. Small details that makes a big difference. Totally recommend this place

Place was immaculate clean, very spacious and beautifully decorated. Great location just off the scalinata, however it's a bit difficult to carry the luggage if you have a heavy one. Breakfast is served at a small caffè 2 minutes from the hotel. A great value for money
Bar next to room played loud music until late at night, even through noone was there.
Had some trouble carrying luggage on the stairs

cold floor, downstares is a bar, till the 1 in the night was really loud! parking place is not close to the rooms. pictures is better like in real life!

Location. Large, clean and comfortable and bathroom. Very responsive host who helped us replace phone at local shop.
Being in the center there was a loud club pub nearby but with a/c it was manageable.

Large bedroom and bathroom. The bed and pillows were comfortable.
Central location for exploring this beautiful town. Next to the ceramic staircase.
Nice lounge downstairs and mini-kitchen.
Owner was very helpful assisting in cell phone replacement and forgotten phone in room.

- Great location, right next to the famous stairs
- Comfortable rooms
- Breakfast, at a nearby bar, is good. They're famous for their granita.
- We never met the host, we had to pick up and drop off the keys at a nearby bar. This didn't feel very welcoming.
- Breakfast is at a bar near the facility, with vouchers. We got 2 vouchers, for two people and two nights. But the bar owners claimed we needed 4 vouchers, one per person per day.
- Right above an Irish pub, which was closed because of covid. Could have been very noisy otherwise...

• Very friendly and caring owners, Rebecca Daniela made everything to make my stay in Caltagirone enjoyable
• Its literally next to the most important Caltagirone landmark which is Scalinata
• Spacious room nicely decorated with spacious bathroom
• Colazione is served in a nearby bar/cafe that makes nice pastries and coffee

The location is very central - good to stay for one or two nights.
Unfortunately some problem with the check-in, problem with the voucher for the breakfast, badly working hair dryer.
