the best thing was a swimming pool. the house was comfortable for 3 families. there was everything what you need on holiday. the owner was really nice and helpful.

everything was OK

Extremely nice owner. Due to strike on airport we have been having very bad day, our new flight have been on time however very late comparing to pervious plan. This has happened at the very last moment so my mood wasn’t excellent. Owners have been wating for us we have received pizza and prosecco like welcome gift 😊 This scared off bad luck and our vacations have been very enjoyable. House is big and nice. Ground floor is a big recreation room with exit to the pool and big kitchen, and toilet with laundry room. First floor, there is leaving room with kitchen annex and 3 bedrooms and two bath rooms. Beds are good and comfortable. Rooms are with air-condition and spacious enough. I do recommend to take this house with the 3 couples or to plan sleeping only in those 3 bedrooms. Sleeping in other rooms may not be so great. Swimming pool is small but enjoyable, suitable for children and for recreation. I have been relaxing there on the mattress 😊. Location of the house is great with regards to the distance from the beach and restaurants. (restaurants are not the strongest point of Fontane Banche but this is other story 😊) Beach and the sea shore is great. Sandy beach and nice entrance to the sea suitable for children and for the people who like to swim in the sea.

I am person sensitive to details. So If I must say what need to improve those will be small things. Here and there some equipment require some refreshment already. Here and there something is already a bit used. I would recommend to instal electric hob instead of gas one. That is to describe realistic picture not to criticise, as house is great and I definitely recommend it. To prove that I like it, I may say that I will definitely consider it for my next vacations, If I will plan them on Sicily 😊

The village Fontane Biasche is nothing special. It has a beautiful beach but not much more, there are very few restaurants or bars.

Nice Villa close to the beach, it's about 5-10 minutes walking distance. We really liked the pool, it's not for swimming but nice to hang out there. The host was really friendly, they had a welcome drink for us and even helped us to get a covid test done.

Very warm welcome (with Prossecco and a cake) by Francesco, who is a nice guy and helps you out with all questions you have. The whole property is really nice and very well maintained. The swinmming pool is not a classic one (max. depth <1m), but we liked it very much and used it very often. Also the whirlpool. Sitting on the terrace in the evenings by the illuminated pool was very nice. You can reach the beach by foot in 10 min. or by car in 3 min. The beach is beautiful, clear water and wide spreaded. All in all we really enjoyed our 10 day stay at Villa Joel and would definitely recommend it.

Fontane Bianche itself, is nothing special. No promenade, no centre, nothing. But it is a good starting point for day trips to other places and villages. The cleanliness, well it was ok but for sure the floors haven't been washed before our arrival. We saw that when our child started crawling around ;) But that's it, nothing more to complain about. You will have a great time, staying at Villa Joel

Great pool and great location. Very spacious.

Nice, renovated and fully equipped house in quiet area. Exceptional pool with whirlpool, especially for childrens. Friendly owner Francesco immediately solved small problem with electricity to water pump (just call him and after 1/2 hour was on site). House is close to the beach and to small shops which are great to get some breakfast goods. Reality of this house is better than are takken on the pictures. We spent 16 days there and we were absolutely satisfied. It is hard to find similar house in this area, because this one is number one :-)

There is no drinking water in the house, but it is normal for south countries. Advertised sea view is joke than real, because You will see just small part of sea between the trees. But believe me : You do not need it, because real sea is close and romantic evening with wine by the illuminated pool is much more better.
