Beautiful home right in the downtown area. Walking distance to the stores and water front. Enjoyed coffee on the little patio. They have built a small privacy fence to block off the traffic from the post office. Wishbthey had left the front porch a front porch. It would have been enjoyable to sit out in the evening..Didn't care for the furniture. It was too big and uncomfortable for us. TV is in a bad location. You have to sit on the couch and turn your head 90 degrees to see it or try to get comfortable on the couch at an angle. Otherwise nice clean rental.

The home was great! Very clean and located near downtown Warsaw. We were only at the house to sleep and clean up since we were at the lake with family all day. The owner was great with communicating with us to let us know we could check in early. She also checked with us through out our visit to see if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend this home if you’re visiting Warsaw or the lake.

This is a really nice home in Warsaw. Things we loved the most were that it’s a two minute walk from the shops and restaurants. Also it was really clean and nice. Also you can park right in front of the front door!!! Love that! Also just bike down the hill to the river trail.

The house is decorated warmly and inviting to feel like you are at home. The check in and door code was the easiest to understand since we have been using VRBO's in the last ten years. This was a great location for us while we were visiting family in Warsaw. The AC works great!

We had such a fun stay here! It’s clear that this host really cares about her property. It was super clean, very nicely decorated, and very comfortable. There is a huge kitchen and two large sitting areas for conversation. This would be the perfect place for a family or for two couples traveling together. It’s conveniently located within walking distance to bars and restaurants downtown. Great place to stay!

Excellent property- clean and well decorated, as well as close to shops, restaurants and lake. We’re a retired couple that just needed a break from day-to-day stuff and this visit gave us just that. The experience was so nice and the home had everything we needed.

Miss Pam was an excellent host. She helped with places to eat and even some fishing advice. Very cozy. Close to the lake property in the middle of downtown close to the dock. Great parking even for a big boat.

Our family stayed two nights to celebrate Christmas with elderly parents who live in the area. Was frigid outside, but warm when we arrived, and she even had a cute little Christmas tree set up! Will definitely stay again in the future.

We just used this rental to sleep at, but we enjoyed our time there. It had lots of open space if you want to spend more time there. Nice and convenient to downtown and harbor. Owner was especially friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again!

Pam was very responsive and helpful. She always messaged back quickly and was very helpful and accommodating. Property was a block away from downtown, several restaurants in walking distance and riverwalk at Drake Harbor are 2 or 3 blocks away. We had a great stay. It was very clean and way better than staying in one of the crappy motels in the area.

This cute home had three separate living areas - a living room, enclosed front porch and yet another area off of the dining area.
Great for a family to be able to spread out. Since the weather was beautiful and we were traveling with a toddler and preschooler, we found the back yard to be perfect. Everything about this home was perfect!
