Initially Our sat nav got us in a wrong spot but the host guided us well over the phone. Its a bit of a walk as its one if the tallest buildings on this side of Alicante but Lifts are easily accessible. The flat is very clean and spacious. The balcony and the view is just incredible. The flat had everything we might have needed. We had access to the residential pool which was very clean and not busy at all. Overall 10/10

The apartment doesn’t have own parking The apartment is a bit old and really need restyling. 1 bed is in really bad condition. The kitchen doesn’t have enough cookware (ex.: no oven, no bread toaster) Un general is ok, as is well located close to the beach and city center. Very good communication with the owner.

Accomodating owner who meet us late with keys when flights delayed. Great location not far from the beach and if you like a good walk, central to San Juan and old town, otherwise Tram is right over the road. Very clean tiday apartment, as it was in the photos, with an amazing view and great balcony. Unquie design features give the flat a modern feel and proved a great home away from home. The pool was excellent - great length for swimming. Great shower and wifi.

Better pillows for the beds, a plug for kitchen sink and some normal wine glasses would be great, but these are such tiny little things and didn't affect our stay.

Breathtaking views to the sea. Nice location right on the beach and a small supermarket downstairs for breakfast supplies etc.
