Meal is very good if you like the traditional Naplian. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

We stayed here as a family of 5. Daily napoli provided a cot, and the room had a large double bed and a large sofa bed also. The room was very trendy, with beautiful high ceilings and funky artwork. Great aircon!! The breakfast was just outside the door ( positive and negatives here, I guess!). It was a lovely breakfast, and the staff were lovely. The place was very clean and comfortable. The location was great, a stones throw away from the castel dell"ovo and lots of seafront restaurants. I would have no hesitation recommending daily napoli

All in all i don't have much complaints. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. If i had to say something It would be that The breakfast area was directly outside the door of the bedrooms.. and this was only a negative for me as I felt pressure trying to keep smallies quiet 🤫 incase people were trying to sleep in!! 😆 so while it didn't effect us one bit I was worried that we would effect others!! It was a gorgeous authentic Italian building with a lift( which I love!) However.. the lift required 10c coin for usage.. which is not alot of money I understand..but having a 10c coin on hand was a slight pain. And again only effected us because we had a buggy to cart up and down the few floors.

Brilliant staff, very welcoming and helpful! The room we stayed in was very nicely decorated and the bed was super comfortable. There was a good and delicious selection for breakfast too. All in all the stay was great value for money.

The lift is very old and very small. Not for anyone with even mild Claustrophobia

everything is there. cheap. there are people cleaning everyday. and the breakfast is good, beyong average

no free elevator to use.

What's not to like! A fantastic room, the way the Daily Napoli is decorated is fabulous and the cherry on the pie.... the staff! They were welcoming, warm, generous & fun. We'll be back!

the location was perfect, close to walk around Napoli, but out of the chaos of Napoli. the staff were so kind, the breakfast was amazing, the facilities and access to tea, coffee, fruit and cakes in the day was a really nice touch. We were able use cutlery and plates as we liked to eat our purchases from the markets and Delicatessens - this was really appreciated. the building is beautiful. we had nothing to fault in our stay.

We loved our stay more than we imagined. if you are not comfortable seeing other guests or mixing with people - this isn’t the place for you. this is like an intimate boutique stay (mix of B&B and small hotel) where you do see others around. You can choose not to engage - but the beauty was meeting people from all over the word here too.

The amazing location, lovely breakfast and warmhearted people. They are always smiling and there for your questions. Also our room had an wonderful terrace 😊

Loved the staff, the location (one minute to promenade, 20 min to Chaia street and subway), cleanliness of the room, nice breakfast! Bed was comfortable, design of the room was fantastic! liked all the color choices and small details. Bathroom was good and large! Hosts gave great advice on what to visit! Also, toiletries had really nice smell and were good quality!

shower was a little bit clogged and doors weren't fully closing (there was a threshold between the sliding doors when you close - so some water gets out when you shower).Told the manager about the shower/clog issue, he mentioned he was aware. It didn't affect the stay or anything though as the rest was great!

Location was good if you wanted to be close to the sea but had to take transport to the old town and attractions. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was helpful with directions.

Hard to find

Welcoming and helpful staff. Comfortable room with beautiful large windows. Great decor. Air conditioning started leaking and was quickly managed.

Bed was comfortable, but pillows were a bit lumpy! Management may want to consider fans or white noise machines for rooms- due to proximity to breakfast room/common area, I was woken up by noisy guests.

Such a wonderfully located hotel in an upscale part of Naples, close to the seafront which is so beautiful. I'd definitely recommend staying here. We got upgraded during our stay which was also amazing and the room was incredible. A big and spacious room with lovely decor and impeccably clean. Staff were also really friendly and helpful. Definitely book this hotel if you're looking to visit Naples!
