very nice and quiet street but just a few minutes walk to chateau, shops, parc and train station. Perfect stay! i had to be in work for Paris and the commute was very smooth.

The location is super central and Jerome, our host, was really nice and welcoming. The apartment is nicely decorated and you‘ll have everything you need.

The location is excellent. Very close to the entrance to Versailles Palace. The petit pavilion is accessed through a small courtyard and feels very secure even though it is in the heart of the city. There is free parking close by.

Perfectly formed, albeit very small house close to the centre of Versaille and 10 mins walk to the Palace. Despite being small has all you need if spending time out and about. Cooking equipment a little limited but no need to cook with such good restaurants close by. Jerome is a perfect host. Detailed introduction to the property and advice and plenty of information provided about the Palace of Versaille. Quiet neighbourhood. Parking outside, payable but some free parking close by.

This was by far one of my favorite stays in France. The owner was fabulous and did not appear bothered at all by my late arrival and proceeded to share each aspect of the apartment. It was very evident that he takes pride in the decor, the cleanliness and all aspects of the apartment. The pictures on Booking are an exact representation of the apartment. It is well decorated and very clean. What I liked most is the tranquility of the location. No noise, no tourists, no loud traffic. However, this beautiful cottage is only about four blocks from the Palace of Versailles and the hustle and bustle of the city. I highly recommend a stay at Monsieur Lemaitre’s apartment. He is available and willing to help in any way possible. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe and I am so happy I chose LePetit Pavilion de Versailles as my home while in Versailles.

Location proximity to the Versailles Palace 10 mins walk.

Was described as quiet, but adjacent building works and traffic noise was not quiet throughout the stay. As the ground floor bedroom window opens on to the pavement, for cooling at night the window needs to be open with outer vented wooden shutters closed, so the noise from traffic on the main road was an issue during the night. Double bed is against two walls and the open window is over the end of the bed. TV didn’t work. Bathroom was very small. Took photos but still in camera.

The location was perfect for travelling everywhere on foot. The host was very friendly and explained everything regarding the property.

The only issue we felt was that it was a little cold as the it was early May and the sun was not high enough to warm the property.

The apartment is really lovely, perfectly located on a quiet, residential street but a short walk from restaurants, shops etc. The bus stop is just around the corner to take you up to the castle, otherwise its an easy 15 min walk approx. The flat is well equipped, very clean and comfortable, it is in an old townhouse, very ambient, exactly what you would want in Versailles. The owner Jerome was very helpful and welcoming, would definitely book it again!

The location was perfect, it was close to the Palace of Versailles and felt very private. The property was extremely clean and well equipped.

Very cosy, quiet apartment and very friendly host. There are loads of restaurants within walking distance and the Chateau de Versailles is also only a short walk away.

the appartement is very clean and made with passion. all you need is available. complete kitchen. very quit. easy to visit Paris by train. palace is nearby.

all was perfect. it is not spacious but that we know in advance.

The accommodation was really cosy (modern but with a "royal" twist) and had everything you needed. Our host welcomed us and was absolutely wonderful. We didn't plan this trip ahead, but he had provided lots of documents and brochures on activities to do, places to visit and even places to eat/order food and local shops. You could tell he knew a lot of the local history and was really excited to share it with his guests. We were absolutely amazed by the effort our host had made to make this stay pleasant for us. This location was very close to the Palace of Versailles, so we were able to walk in the gardens every day. We are looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Don't forget to bring a kitchen towel.

Nice and quiet place in the middle of Versailles, nearby the castle. Easy drive to Paris. The apartment is very clean and tastefully decorated and also equipped very well. The host is very hospitable.

Parking facilities are available, also for free, but a walk is needed

The location was excellent close to the Palace, the market and restaurants. Jerome let us know where to park nearby for free. The apartment was very nice and had everything you need. From the street the apartment was confusing to find because the entrance is behind a gate. Once inside the gate there is a nice quiet courtyard which also made the apartment feel quite secure. Jerome was very welcoming and we had a wonderful time.

The shower was a bit small. Small thing but white towels would be nice.

We were kindly welcomed by Jérôme in this jewel in disguise in the heart of Versailles. What a fantastic and colourful host! He clearly designed a perfect accomodation with taste and heart, furnished with royal style, with a great eye for details. The place is fantastic with everything we needed and more, and we felt almost immediately like princes.

We cannot think of anything about the accomodation. Parking in Versailles is a known issue (costly parking on the streets) and Jérôme came up with a workable solution, but we could have been less lucky than we were. As Versailles provides multiple means to get to Paris by public transportation and is easy to walk through to the market or a wealth of restaurants (not to mention the main attractions) a solution without a car would be preferred by the discerning visitor.

The location and apartment were ideal to visit the Palace of Versailles. We were concerned about the parking but there was free parking a short walk from the property. The best part about the property was the convenience of the location. The owner Jerome was also super nice and helpful. We ended up using a few of his recommendations for our stay and it made the experience very special. A definite highly recommended place to stay!

A sweet and comfortable guesthouse near the Château de Versailles. The area is very quiet, and on the street outside there are enough parking places for the cars. It is a perfect choice for visitors who drive their own car to visit the city. The owner of the guesthouse is also very nice and helpful.

This is a nice, clean, little appartment in a great location. We were able to park the car, and forget about it for the whole weekend. Shops, restaurants, and of course the Chateau are all easily accesible on foot. Jerome is friendly and helpful, and will do everything he can make your stay as pleasant as possible.

It was a very pleasant stay - a really sweet apartment and a really nice owner. It‘s situated close to Versailles city and Château. There is everything you need. We‘ll come back.

He met us promptly at his property at the arranged time and did everything to ensure we were comfortable. Jerome spent time explaining everything about the workings of the apartment and provided information about local sites, places to eat. etc. This was very helpful. The apartment is well equipped and works well for a couple and the place has tasteful decor. We slept well here. We thoroughly recommend the apartment as a place to stay.
