Meticulously clean, well equipped, spacious, balcony, private, quiet, secure, gated parking. Great central location to explore Antibes, Juan Les pins and the sentier côtier. Appartement building located in a park. A small super market at the corner, very convenient. A few restaurants close by. A 10 minutes walk to the small Garoupe beach.

This is a very nice property in a very nice location. We liked everything around this apartment. Car park is great, apartment is very well-equipped, bedroom are very confortable. Apartment is in a very quite area with a great view. Wifi also very good and you really find everything you need to have a great stay. It`s hard to me to understand why some people underrated the location as it is very good. Would definitively come back and can recommand it as most other wrote.

We were aware that the property is a bit outside the city centre, but this was what we were looking for. So it make sense to have a car to travel around. Nothig negative.

Everything was perfect, we really loved the place and the location close to the sea. Plus the riffs were fantastic, definitely recommend doing a walk around the Cap.

Just a minor thing, there is no elevator from the parking lot up.

A gem; you can book this apartment with your eyes closed. We were received by Tineke (good and pleasant check-in). Beautiful view from the terrace (sea view) and beautiful sunrise. Wonderful quiet location on Cap Antibes (closed residence) with everything you need; good bed, nice shower, nice kitchen with everything available. Also private parking (very handy in this region). We had our own car and own bikes available on the spot. We are in love with Cap Antibes with plage Garoupe & plage Ondes nearby. Lovely morning runs along a beautiful coast. We had a wonderful stay. Beautiyful view. Coffee on the terasse with sunrise. Iconic La Garoupe beach inspired at least 3 Picasso painting is just a short walk. Sunset waching spots about 10-15 minutes walk. Great location, while price is affordabel and the apartman is comfortable with plenty clever space to organize your stuff and keep it tidy without any effort.

Very good location,the apartement is equipped with everything what you need, it is like a real home. We loved it!
