Before writing my review on this homestay I would like to first thank Sathish & Family who hosted us . They were very hospitable and amicable .the amenities provided in this home stay were first class in a duly reasonable price. The house which was given for us was fantastic and well maintained and I must stay not even a single speck of dust was found anywhere. Its like a HOME AWAY from HOME. We stayed for 2 days and thoroughly enjoyed every hour of our stay ,the pleasant weather, the cozy rooms, the lush green color of small plants in every corner of the house makes it a heaven on earth the serene atmosphere will fill us with tranquility that gives us a mood to create some memories and that's what I did 😌😌 I celebrated my 3 year old daughter's birthday in this exclusive home . and yes I know there is a world behind us filled with ungrateful people with so much of ingratitude and who are truly mercenary who cannot see the beauty of little things and goodness of people. This stay may not satisfy their intentions coz there is no way that you can give a negative review to this beautiful place and the affability the people had.

Basic room and needs met.

Hygiene. Cockroach in washroom and room. Far from city centre. Considering the size of the room, location and amenities, there are better deals with clean rooms in same price range.Owner got into some unnecessary conversation when i chose to not extend my stay w.r.t how i should have checked the amenities before checking in. This could have been avoided when a customer for any personal reasons does not wish to continue and is ready to pay the applicable amount.

The room is well maintained with many plants around that. We loved staying there and its very refreshing, manager is too friendly and he’s very helpful. will surely recommend this place if anyone wants a eco friendly homestay.

everything is fine

We had stayed with our small baby and our host Mr. Sathish was extremely helpful. He made sure we had a comfortable stay. The home has artistic touch and it's decor shows the effort of the host in decorating it.

Good ambience. Quiet. Feels like home. Satish is a non-interfering host and is full of off-beat ideas about things to do around the city

The kitchen doesn’t have a lot of cooking equipments except a kettle, plates/glasses/knifes. you cannot cook an elaborate meal.

the property was clean and well maintained ! it is really decorated with love and you’ll find lot of ideas for your home decor . it’s really close to the bus stand and every major tourist spot in Madikeri is easily accessible. special thanks to the owner and host Satish , he makes sure to provide you with everything and keep on checking on you for your comfort.

there is as such nothing which i don’t like about the property but just a small suggestion : keeping a induction stove would be good and helpful .

It's a homely little homestay. beautiful garden at front which will set your mood for your trip. Satish, the home owner is super helpful and nice. He goes out of his way to help.

The water flow in tye bathroom could be better

Location for an elderly couple was excellent.Walking distance from the city centre ;yet quiet with majestic views of the hills. Satish’s behaviour and response was very pleasing & courteous.The housekeeping and the decorations were very tasteful.

Absence of a oven or hot plate in the kitchenette.

We had a wonderful and memorable stay at Cornwall Coorg. Me and my wife drove in from bangalore for a 2 night stay. We found the place green and well decorated with something to see in every square inch of the space. Our room was warm and comfortable with a very clean bathroom! Mr. Satish was very helpful whenever we called him, and gave us regular updates on how the roads were from bangalore and coorg due to rains. There was parking as well for our car when we arrived. Highly recommended for any couple looking to have a warm and comfortable stay in Coorg. We recommend you to go for this with your eyes closed.

A very tiny minor nitpick was that our room just had a wall mounted table fan and not a ceiling fan. But since it was anyway cold in the night this really did not bother us.
