Location is perfect for beach, shops and airport. The beach is very clean and private, at most a handful of people across the whole stretch of beach at any one time. The Coop is a 10 minute walk away and has plenty of fresh food and groceries and there is a pharmacy a little further away but is only a 5 minute bike ride so we made use of the free bikes at the property.

As we came at the end of September we were all bitten quite a lot by the mosquitos, so it would have been very handy to have had some citronella candles around the outdoor seating area, because it was still quite warm and we sat out all the time.

2 mins walk to the beach Nice terrace, living room, balcony, there is plenty of space to just lay and relax They provide subeds, umbrellas, water board, you can easily grab them to the nearby beach Good wi fi - a rarity for Italy Washing machine and detergen pods were a bless since we had some dirty clothes after hiking Parking on the house garden.

Althought everything looks nice and in good condition at a first glance, once you spend some time inside you will find some maintanance/hidden defects: the upstairs bathroom smells bad, the ground floor bathroom gets flooded after one shower and the bathroom rug was drawned in water all the time, kitchen was old and soaked with smell of cooked food.

House located next to the beach, well equipped, with big nice terrace. The owners are very nice and helpful. It is a good base not only for relaxing on the beach, but also for sightseeing.
