Lugar lindíssimo, ótima localização. Tudo novo, limpo, bem organizado. Um apto pronto para morar!!!

Hotel bom, café da manha bom. A piscina é linda, mas estava cheia de copos , latas e toalhas jogadas no chao. Uma bagunça. O hotel tem lavanderia OMO. Excelente.
Bagunça na piscina ! O quarto estava com defeito no interruptor do cartao e toda hora a energia do quarto estava caindo. Cama para terceira pessoa nao estava arrumada.

Ótima localização em bairro tranquilo. A piscina é o ponto alto do hotel. Gostamos muito do quarto, espaçoso, cama muito confortável. Café da manhã simples, mas gostoso.

Everything was really nice, clean and tidy.
Breakfast was delicious.
There was no iron in the room, which makes our life a bit more difficult when you’re in a rush. Parking also has a cost, but fairly wasn’t much.
But, apart of it, everything was really nice!

Exceptional boutique style hotel with a room that was a suite. Will definitely stay again. In fact, we're specifically now looking for I Am Design hotels where we target our travel. It was that good!

Parking wasn’t included, food in the restaurant was disappointing and the bedside tables were pointy and dangerously located right next to the mattress (I've hurt my head on it).

Only Gabriela from the Front Desk was adorable!
The room is not well maintened. The breakfast was terrible, cold cheese bread, I asked for eggs without butter and she said "that is only what we have in the buffet". I also asked for no lactose milk and there wasn´t. Melia and Vitoria are way better.

Very good location, friendly staff, and good breakfast.
I tried using the laundry service and it didn't work. The OMO app did not work for me. The QR code on the wall that you're supposed to use didn't work. I informed the front desk, but nothing was done about it. Wash cloths would be a great addition to their towel system too. I miss not having that.

the hotel has an awesome roof top with a pool, gym and tables to hang out with a wonderful view of the city
