Beautiful building within easy walking distance of Holmes Mill and the rest of the town. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.

The nightmare we experienced when the disco one floor below us went on till midnight. Even earplugs wouldn't have helped because the vibrations were just as bad as the volume. Unfortunately, we'd been placed in a room directly over a function where the noise and vibrations were emanating. Why they didn't have the sense and foresight to allocate our room to someone who was attending said function completely illudes me. Never again, which is a massive shame.

We had breakfast next door

Having to pay an extra £10 to park, most hotels have car parking included for the duration of the stay. Hotel was nice and clean.

Excellent service at reception, very friendly and relaxed. Breakfast was really good, quality local produce. We didn’t book breakfast but glad we went into the bistro for it, lovely surroundings!

Was really noisy in the hallways and there wasn't any sound buffer into the room--felt a bit too paper thin there.

Room lovely and very spacious checking reception ist very nice and helpful.

Bar attached and restaurant shut due to staffing issues wasn't told this before check in and had arranged to meet friends their for cocktails and breakfast not available their had to walk further up to food court.

Lovely clean hotel next to a quiet road and the Bowland Brewery food and beer hall. Simple room with simple amenities but not bad for the price.

No fresh drinking water, which you need after an evening in the beer hall! The reception is lovely, with lots of character but our room lacked this which was disappointing.

Loved to place. The facilities, location. decor and finishing touches were great.

The bed - it looked lovely but was very uncomfortable.
