Good location, 20 minute walk to Polis and a 5 minute drive to Latchi. Well equipped for self catering (but no microwave). Great private roof terrace.

Great communication with Despina. What a fab property! So much space and the roof terrace is perfect for sunset viewing (also a sun trap during the day). The accommodation is furnished well and has everything you would need for a stay. It is located in a residential area therefore away from typical ‘tourist’ areas, something were prefer and love. Quick access however to Polis, Latchi and surrounding village tavernas. The pool was not initially cleaned but as soon as other residents saw we were there, the pool cleaners we here the following day.

Everything was fantastic! We were initially put off by the number of properties surrounding the house as we didn’t expect it. However most are unlet and a few long term residents who were all friendly and checked we were enjoying our stay several times. We were the only ones to use the pool during our weeks stay and rarely saw another person. A BBQ would be a perfect addition!

Big and comfortable apartment, clean swimming pool, friendly host. Quite neighbors, open terrace at the top.

No dish washing machine, AC on the first floor was not perfect, need for maintenance.

It was amazing! Host was so polite, helpful & accomodating, and everything was spectacular! From the location, to the Size of the property, to the wonderful terrace roof garden? & shared pool!

We really liked staying there! You have everything you need at place: no problems with hot water, air conditioning; washing machine, all the kitchen utensils you may need, oven as well (we used it when preparing fish from local fish market), several towels for each person, many books and information booklets. The host even kindly provided the juicer upon our request, to make orange fresh. I didn’t meet Despina, the host, but stayed in contact all the time. She is very responsive and provided prompt replies all the time, as well as helped us to arrange transfer from and back to the airport. The apartment is really huge, and you are sure to have enough space for all the family. The pool is clean. Our kids swam there. Beaches and the sea are not very close to the house, but we knew about it from the very beginning - we like walking very much and could walk long distances even with kids. But once you do not like walking much - the car or the public transport will be a good option :). We also used buses several times to get to far away beaches or places of interest. The nearest beaches are really vast and not crowded at all! There are quite wild beaches nearby and those with umbrellas and sun beds (Latchi, Turtle beach near Anassa hotel). There are several taverns in the center of Podromi (we visited some of them, and liked the food served), as well as shops where you could buy tasty fruits, yoghurts, ice cream, biscuits etc. We were in July, and there were no mosquitoes!

- I like when there are enough hooks in the bathroom - it would be better the information folder is left on the kitchen table (we found it by chance in one of the drawers)

The house was even better than how it looked in the photos. The kitchen had everything we needed and the house was very clean and well decorated. Everything made you feel comfortable and relaxed. The children enjoyed the pool as well as the wi-fi :). We will definitely visit again!!!
