Wonderful collaboration with the owner, very kind and very responsive. The apartment is in a fantastic location, right in the center, yet quiet. Apartment is nicely decorated and clean.

The only minus are the steep stairs in the apartment, to the upper level (bedroom), very difficult to climb and not suitable for elderly people.

Everything! it looks same as the picture . very carful with details , all the facilities you need and great communication with the host. my 5 year old son was fascinated about the way it was designed -the two stories house .

Cannot name something we did not like

This was certainly one of the most unique places we have ever stayed. It was just like in the photos. The manager, Elena, contacted us the day before check-in to give us all the information required to find and access the apartment. It was all very easy and she was quick to respond to any query. We were in Cluj for a wedding so between all the events and ceremonies we didn't end up with a lot of time to just chill in the apartment which was unfortunate. But I would go back to Cluj just to stay here! :-) It was perfectly located in the old town and although accessed from a busy street it was tucked in the middle of the courtyard so there was absolutely no street noise.

There are many comments about having to pass through the garbage area to get to the apartment. This is indeed the case and while it is unsightly (and smelly) it is only 5 seconds. It is unfortunate but also a reality of city life so it would never stop me from staying here again. The steps up to the bedroom loft are very steep so I would only recommend it to people who are steady on their feet.

The apartment is centrally located and it is quiet. It is beautifully furnished and well equiped. However it was pretty hot, and because there is no window, it was difficult to get fresh air. The host answered promptly our questions.

Everything was good. what i liked the most was the toilet handheld sprayer which is very rarer to find in Europe, i was surprised in a good way to find it installed.

It was a very cozy location, the facilities were nice and the overall feeling was one of relaxation and homeliness.

The stairs leading up to the bedroom were a bit narrow and tricky to use when getting down

The apartment is absolutely wonderful and charming, exactly as photographed in the listing. Located in the historical center of the city, but surprisingly quiet. It was sparkling clean and well equipped with all necessary amenities. Excellent and professional communication prior and post check-in. Highly recommended!

Really beautiful apartment. Exactly as shown in the photos. Great communication from the hosts made check in easy and they were available to answer any questions. Fantastic location in the city centre, close to everything but located off the street so its very quiet. Would have liked to have more time to sample the wine in the apartment. Would definitely stay here again.
