the apartment was great! graet location, very clean, and we had all the facilities we needed, especially for our little baby (a baby crib with a baby blanket, a baby bath tub and a baby chair just like we have at home). it was clear that the hosts really care and put a lot of thought to make us feel at home. most of all, the hospitality was amazing. Fabrice gave us the perfect champagne tasting experience, and Elodie’s champagne is one of the best we’ve tasted!

Excellent in every way. Yes you do have to walk through one bedroom to get to the other but so long as you’re family or get on we’ll it’s a very minor thing. Directly opposite Mercier it’s a great location. when we had used all the Nespresso pod their was no hesitation to give us more. it’s about 15 mins walk into town for a meal or breakfast if you don’t use the apartment. owner and staff are passionate about their wine and make the stay. as it was wonderful weather for late October we had the opportunity to sit in their front gardens and take in d’Elodie and Epernay

Room is very spacious. Hospitality both at check in and at breakfast was amazing. Breakfast costs 15 EUR per person, but you can drink 1 glass of Champagne, quite reasonable.

Kitchen in the apartment is not large. I recommend you to have breakfast provided by the apartment.

The location is perfect. A short walk to restaurants in the evening. On the same time quit for a good night sleep. Even though some trafic can be noted on Avenue de Champagne. It is also good to have an on-site park8ng. Very convenient and safe.

Great accommodation, location on the Ave de Champagne. Clean, comfortable, quiet.. friendly welcoming host. The Champagne!

No breakfast, nowhere open Sunday or Monday am (host provided eggs from his chickens) Had to walk through the 2nd bedroom to get between the 1st bedroom and the shared living space. very small point - A low level glass topped coffee table, we all banged our legs on it at some point!

What a joyous stay we had at this place! We found a lovely flat, spotless clean, modernly equipped, nicely decorated and with plenty of space in the house to be outside among the chicks, pony and visitors of Bulles et Bonheur (which offers some excellent champagne and nibbles!). The staff were among the friendliest, nicest bunch I've met in a tourist accommodation, our exchange with them was one extra lovely thing of our weekend in Epernay.

For a big group - 5 adults and a child - the kitchen was on the small side and we missed a few things we could have used. The basics are all there though!

We had an absolute fantastic experience at La Demeure d'Elodie! Fabrice and Elodie (and daughter Rose) where exceptional hosts and we we now know more about Champagne making than we ever knew before! Great people, great hosts, great friends.....we will always thing about them and our visit when we enjoy their great Champagne at home :). We will be back next year!

The road is a little noisy but that’s nothing that the hosts can influence. With the windows closed it’s okay and it’s a small price to pay for the convenient location.

Lovely large spacious rooms. Great location with parking, so no need to drive anywhere. Wonderful host who gave a detailed insight into their champagne. Fantastic tasting session of which all their champagnes were of the finest quality. Very family/child friendly.
