Very good location. Next to a BTS station and shopping malls. Plenty of good restaurants in the area.

The hotel was old, not very clean, and noisy. The rooms are not very big. The bathroom was smelly, the housekeeping didn't clean it, the bin was not emptied every day and bathroom supplies were not provided every day. Breakfast was limited. The chef was cooking in a room without a cooking extractor. The pool was in the dark all day and not well taken care of.

The room was big and spacious and was good to have the option to use a washing machine. Breakfast was pleasant and cooked fresh with some items (bread,fruit and drinks) self serve.

The room had an unpleasant smell. we asked to exchange rooms which was done with no issue but still had a slight smell. Maybe it was the whole floor.

When you stay at a Novotel property you expect a certain standard, unfortunately this property missed the mark badly, mostly through a lack of amentities or substandard finishings. The suite is equipped with a full kitchen, but very little in the way of dishes or cutlery, no coffee machine, no kettle (one was provided when requested). Towels in the bathroom.... 2 well worn bath towels provided, nothing more, no hand towels or face cloths. No hair drier, (one provided on request). Living room furniture dated and well worn. Bedroom linens well worn. 2 televisions, only 1 remote. Glass divider on balcony was so dirty it appeared never to have been cleaned before. Overall impression was that the property was badly lacking in QC and being operated on a shoestring budget... nowhere close to any Novotel I have ever visited.
