The apartment is absolutely lovely - spacious, extremely clean and tidy, tastefully decorated, bright, and even provided some basics in the kitchen (coffee / powder milk / tea / sugar / olive oil...) We didn't expect it to be as nice as it is.....fun surprise! There is a decent sized balcony, and on top of that, there are stairs leading to a roof-top lounge area!! Be aware that there are roughly 70 steps to the top floor apartment (no elevator). Entirely doable unless you are physically limited.

Everything. The place is super spacious and very clean. As soon as you get it, you'll feel as if you're home. I wanted to write something in their guest book but forgot when leaving the appartment.

Unfortunately we were there during party time. I couldn't leave the window open (window with view of the church) and not even the bathroom window/door open during the night we stayed because there was a party in the house next to us (until 3 A.M.). It is something to consider when we're coming back to Osnabrück (and I am sure that I want to come back to visit more of the city). I know this situation is beyond the control of the appartment owner but having party people as neighbour (if it's the case) is the reason why for me this place is 9/10.

A great central location, perfect for walking into the town. Laundry facilities are available if you need them and the apartment had pretty much everything you would need for a stay. Tanya answered any questions I had very quickly and helped where she could.

It is situated in a city centre area. Lots of street noise and unfortunately for us a separate apartment (a different block) were having a very loud party until around 3am on our first night, meaning no sleep! The parking that is recommended is €15 per day/night so a recommendation for somewhere lower cost would've been nice.

Very nice appartment with a very nice roof-top terrace! Kitchen with all the stuff we needed. A nice cold bottle of water in the fridge. Nice and clean.

We were 3 adult couples, and the separation of the beds in the rooms were not optimal. But we managed to sleep two persons in the fold out bed in the living room - so it was quite allright for us ;)

Location and value for money is great. It is my 2nd stay here when in town to visit family. Centrally located, nicely furnished and great size.

There were parties going on on the roof terrace 3 nights out of 5 (its right above). This included loud music, lots of noise from people walking and banging of doors. Luckily I had my white noise machine and some earplugs, if not it would have been a sleepless few days. On the last day I was close to calling the police as the bass was almost unbearable. In conclusion I will happily stay in winter and find another option in summer.

What’s not to like? Villa am Wall is a beautifully appointed apartment in a central location. Tastefully decorated throughout. All the the facilities you need - we cooked a meal for 7! Thoughtful touches - a gorgeous bunch of fresh flowers in the kitchen. A bottle of wine if you stay more than 2 nights. Basic cooking condiments. Extra coffee pods were stocked up during the stay. Delicious smelling toiletries, plenty of towels and hot water. Would happily stay again.

The central location is very good, and the top floor apartment had a great view of adjacent church spires and trees. Owner provided helpful instructions on how to access key in lockbox, and unload luggage at Villa am Wall, off the main street. Bed was comfortable, and kitchen had everything needed for our 2-night stay.

The shower needed repair--it was not really possible to use it because water sprayed everywhere except out of the shower head. Otherwise, there are two things people might want to be aware of before booking: 1. One must climb about 68 steps to get to the top floor--no elevator. Not a problem for us, but a bit of a challenge if one has heavy luggage. 2. Overnight parking in the central area can be impacted by holiday events. All nearby public garages were quite full when we arrived, so we had to find parking about 15-minute walk away in a neighborhood, hoping we understood the parking signs well enough not to get towed. The next day, the nearby parking garages did have space again.

Location excellent with easy access to city centre and old town . Very quiet due the superb quality of windows. Top quality furnishings and decor throughout . A bottle of wine a nice welcome . Beds are super comfy and apartment nice and warm . Balcony great to step onto and just watch the world go by with great views of st katherines church tower .

Everything was great! It's a huge place, warm, cozy and well decorated. We felt like home!

Unique apartment! We all fell in love with it! Clean, tidy, cozy, with a great atmosphere! All the rooms were wide, the beds were very comfortable. Ideal location in the city center! Great place to relax and unwind! I would like to go back there someday!
