Its remoteness and position

The gas cooker was dangerous, we couldn’t turn it off. The night man came but he couldn’t turn it off either, so he had to turn off the gas supply and we were too scared to turn it on in the morning so we didn’t have breakfast in the cabana. Surely you’d expect someone to check the cooker (it dated from the 70s) before the guests arrive. The management was incredibly unfriendly, no help at all, and what I find really annoying is that nobody apologised to us about the cooker, nothing at all was said To top it all, we were charged 195.000 Chilean pesos which is the equivalent of £235.00 while on our form it said £210.00. The extra charge was 19 per cent VAT We have since found out that foreigners don’t pay that, it’s only people from Chile who pay it I feel cheated and I am very upset about the way we were treated

It was so calm,comfortable, warm and clean. Everything was well equipped and the crews were the most kind persons I have ever met. There is nothing bad.
