One of the things we appreciated was having the candles (battery operated) lit up throughout the hotel when we arrived home that night. It was a nice addition.

Although the room and bathroom were very clean and well organized, it was so small that it was difficult to move around. The lighting was also poor. There was no place to sit and read, even if you chose to sit on bed with your back against wall, since there was no overhead lighting.

View from the room was outstanding. The hotel was beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful.

It was a hot day but the room did not have an air conditioner. We would have liked a fridge in the room to store water

The review: Unfortunately I can't join the rave reviews. I rented a room because of the beautiful view. I had a small room (overlooking the window of a neighborin house) with a small window, the furniture was old, the mattress and pillow were uncomfortable, and I could not sleep all night . The room is very stuffy, the fan does not help. The only plus is the location of the hotel, but the price does not match the quality:((

The interiors were charming, a bit of new with a bit of old. Room and bathroom had everything I needed. Lots of outlets in good locations, fast WiFi and a beautiful view. I‘d stay here again!

I didn’t see or find anyone at the reception but check-in and check-out were self explanatory :)

Reserving a parking space for me was very helpful. The complimentary drinks were great.

The view of the river was beautiful and everything was within walking distance. The interior is very tasteful, kind of modern boho style.

I had two tiny beds in my room. The size was ridiculous for an adult, literally a small single bed. The breakfast was cancelled due to staff shortage and we were told to fontina cafe near by (we found much nice options through a quick google search). I needed an iron as I was there on a business trip. The iron was broken and the receptionist said, there is nothing he could do. It’s not the kind of place where we felt staff would go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable.

Self-check in well organised. Goor communication w clear instructions. Remarkable location in the old town at the confluence of three rivers. Excellent breakfast.
