Good location, facilities, staff and food
Minor issues like water pressure on too floor, cleanliness of shower near swimming pool etc…

I liked only the nature, facilities and the view there. This is a perfect place for couples and for people who likes nature and great calmness and serenity
we didn't like the food at all, it was not per our expectations. we have asked after this for only fruits and lemon and sometimes some bread.

GREAT CARE HAS BEEN TAKEN IN PLANNING THIS PROPERTY AND IT SHOWS IN THE DETAILS TAKEN CARE OFF.. ESPECIALLY THE SURROUNDING FAUNA AND FLORA..WELL DONE

Liked the resort location which was quite near to the Athirapilly water falls with the river flowing next to the resort and a glimpse of the water fall from its backside
The service at their restaurant and their management. The food took 2 hours to be served after the order. We checked with them if they can provide the existing items from buffet at our table after heating and it took them 1 hour 10 minutes to serve after several follow ups. And the food served wasn't heated. The rooms can also be made more comfy with cleaner bathrooms.

Ease of access, the greenery, plush lobby and restaurant with good view of the garden, excellent tasty food served with love, exceptionally maimtained spacious rooms and amenities, clean pool and garden with all listed amenities..
Access to the shalow river is the USP.. and the staff accompanied us there to show the safe points.
You would love this place for sure and surely will visit again.
