Perfect location, very clean
Nothing we didn’t like
4.0
I had to be at the uni for a conference and it was the ideal location. Also really easy to walk or get a bus into the centre. Great facilities, very clean, easy check-in, and very homely. Everything was provided that you could need.
The mattress was extremely uncomfortable - I could feel all of the springs. I would really recommend to the hosts to either replace it or get a mattress topper. And the doors to the living room and bedroom couldn't be left often, which was annoying as it meant I wouldn't have been able to hear my daughter when I put her down for a nap. I used bits of cardboard to wedge them open, but I would recommend providing door stops so there's an option so leave them open.

Great location
Good set up
Did not have an information folder of ideas around Ireland.
No extras such as tissues, paper towel.
Info on paying deposit so could get into apartment came late making it stressful.
High maintenance in lead in with having to send photo ID over a non secure medium

Nothing to like.
Poor layout and disappointing facilities. Tiny bedroom, tiny bed, almost no space around bed. No electric sockets at bed sides. Almost no wardrobe space. Had to hang shirts and other clothes of door handles. No drawers anywhere - so nowhere to store underwear etc. Small bathroom with dysfunctional extraction device jammed with dust. No hand soap in bathroom and kitchen. View from back to concrete security fence and barbed wire - not accommodating for feeling secure.
Apartment generally very unclean - dust everywhere and spilled food on floors. Main window in kitchen/lounge in a state of disrepair - cannot be closed properly and blew up due to gust winds several times over night. Asked staff for extra key which was promised but was never delivered. Also asked for extension leads to compensate for lack of electric wall sockets - was informed by staff this would be against company policy.
Company also has the audacity’s to demand safety deposit of £250 - given the state of the apartment and the facilities this seems completely unjustified. All in all a disappointing and indeed terrible experience. A complete ripoff and not to be recommended.

Great location, modern apartment. Very pleased with it all. Nicely decorated and great to have free parking. Had lots of cooking equipment and was able to cook meals. Nice touches such as a bottle of wine, Tayto crisps and a few washing pods was lovely.
Small things. Bathroom extractor didn't work. Only 3 big plates. No recycling available and bins super full.

Everything! It was perfect!
Bit short on towels and loo rolls for our 3 day stay. No big deal, we bought more.

There was great communication from the start with Courtney, she went above and beyond! The apartment was lovely. Very spacious and clean. There was a lovely treat left for us on arrival. Very central to everything
Could not fault the accommodation at all!
3.0
The location is good, 10-15 minutes walk from the city centre.
The biggest disappointment was the kitchen/dining area of this two bedroomed apartment: It did not even have a sit down area where we could have a family meal. I do not call a ledge where 4 people sit crammed on stools facing a wall less than a foot from your face a dining area. Additional to this on the location, one of the bedrooms was so small that one side of the double bed was hardly accessible only a mere 6 inches or so from the opposite wall making it very difficult for me to go to the other side of the room. To make matters worse, this side of the room was where the window and the only lampshade in the room were located. The lampshade did not work and I found it very hard trying to reach to the extension on the floor under the bed (not to mention the dirt behind the bed). I note that we had to buy toilet paper and shower gel for ourselves: The 3 rolls of toilet paper and one small bottle of shower gel and shampoo (some 15-30 ml similar to what you find in a hotel room) were not even enough for 3 people on a 4-day stay. Considering the expense of £755.73 for 4 days, an additional £250 deposit as guarantee on the property before you are posted the codes to get into the apartment, I would have expected something better. Additionally, I found the coercion to send personal photos of each person who was staying at the apartment weird. On top of all this, the hosts never showed their face/s. Though I recognise that some people may prefer it this way, I found this attitude emphasising the hosts' sole interest in making money, minimising their cost and efforts, and the projection of no care whatsoever for the tenants.

Apartment was within 20 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride from the city centre with cheap buses in Belfast this is something we made use of.
The apartment was well equipped with kitchen, utensils and bed was comfy.
A bottle of wine was provided on arrival along with complimentary tea and coffee which was well received.
Hot water was off for a day at the end of our trip just as a small note but didn't really affect the high quality of our stay.

Limited public parking spaces

very big warm apartment with two bedrooms, living room and a kitchen, nice location, excellent responsive staff. They even gave a free bottle of wine and bags of chips! Pleasant 20 min walk to Royal Avenue and Victoria Square shopping areas.
parking situation leaves a bit to be desired, though I managed to get a proper parking spot each time

Lighting we're awesome, the kitchen was incredible, the lounge was good, and the bed was awesome. The apartment generally looked welcoming😊
Given the price, I expected more. Conversations with apartment staff wasnt friendly as observed in relative apartments i have experienced,
-The noise from the stairs and the floor above was very, very, very loud, uncomfortable, and terrible, as i could vividly hear kids play and stump the wooden floor and also every floor which made sleep, rest and cool off a nightmare.
-Accessibility was difficult at first as we had to stay under the cold as the initial access password received was wrong.
-No suitable bin bag was made available for the kitchen bin
-Cleaning was difficult as limited cleaning handy accessories were not present, I literally had to bend to use the handbrush and dirt parker thruout the entire floor, the same situation with the lounge rug.
-The lounge round table is Not attractive and welcoming. The 4 stools were hard to sit on.
-There are no bedside sockets for mobile device use or work related fluency. Being positioned at the foot of the bed is definitely not comfortable with anyone.
-The WiFi connectivity goes off once you get to the room and can work when it's turned off and on again.
Hence, the ratings. Thank you

Location is good. Able to walk to City Centre. Surrounding full of shops and supermarkets. Also able to take bus to City Centre. But prefer walking. Super convenient.

It was close to Queens which was the main part of our trip so the the location was great. The apartment was a nice size and was very comfortable. The staff were very nice, and the snacks and bottle of wine on the table were a lovely touch.
We had a downstairs apartment and we could hear people walking up and down the stairs and making noise in the apartments above us. The water pipes must have been very close to our bedrooms and this was very loud at night.

What can I say ? Just loved everything about it.
And a very big thank you for the bottle of wine and crisps that were in the Apartment.
We were really delighted with everything.
Nothing disappointing.

location and staff communication.
nothing, although the bedrooms aren’t huge!

The location and the staff was lovely! The place was clean too! Finding it and getting in was easy.
The procedure for getting the reservation confirmed is a bit tricky, but nothing too crazy. The beds are tat bit too small for two adults. And the shower could use some extra cover to restrict the water from flowing all over the floor.
