It is a residential building with 3-4 apartments, each on a separate floor. We were a group of 10 people and it was a great plus to accomodate together. There is a free private parking in the backyard. It ia a quiet street. 15 min walk to center..

Begli appartamenti, nuovissimi e puliti, ristorante tipico e ottimo a 3 minuti a piedi, così come supermercato. Peccato che non siano assolutamente idonei per gruppi di 4 adulti, dal momento che c'è una camera da letto completa con letto matrimoniale e un soggiorno con divano letto minuscolo.

Arrivati in struttura, abbiamo dovuto aspettare oltre mezz'ora affinché potessimo fare il check in, c'erano le signore delle pulizie che correvano da una parte all'altra per sistemare gli alloggi e una ragazza maleducatissima in reception. Gli appartamenti non erano idonei per 4 adulti e la ragazza mi ha detto letteralmente: "Questi flat normalmente vengono prenotati da famiglie con bambini,la prossima volta andatevene in hotel". Peccato che su Booking i parametri di ricerca fossero stati da me impostati molto chiaramente per 4 adulti. Per fortuna poi ci hanno dato un appartamento in più, in un edificio a circa 5 minuti dal resto del gruppo, ma abbiamo dovuto aspettare senza esagerare quasi un'altra ora, con gli asciugamani che non erano neanche sufficienti per tutti. Peccato.

Very nice and comfortable place. Less than 10 min walk from historical center. Private parking place. And everything you need are in touch.

Wi-Fi was not working and we were assured that it will be fixed but didn’t happen Kettle would be nice especially at winter

I liked the apartment, it was very clean. Also I was impressed by the design of every room.

I liked the apartament over all and the view from it, new furniture and all you need in bathroom. You have parking lot for the car and this is nice.

There were bugs in the couch, they were not visible until you sit on it and they feel movement, and this felt to me that the apartament was not clean before our stay. The bed was not that comfortable for the money you give from my point of view.

The building is newly built and located in a good area of the city, close to a large shopping center (AFI Brasov) and several bars and restaurants. The apartment is rather large and nicely decorated — and generally the level of cleanliness is pretty good, although not perfect (a bit of dust here and there...). We especially liked the bedroom and the bathroom — great bathtub and good LED lighting system that helps relaxation. There is also a fairly large balcony, great for an outdoor breakfast. The staff we interacted with at the front desk were friendly and helpful. To conclude, next time we're in Brasov, we might book an apartment there again.

You could say that having a washing machine available is certainly a plus, but if you can't leave the washing on a drying rack... well, you actually have a problem and that plus becomes a minus.

Good location and good apartment. Only issue is that a large building is being built across the street so early morning was loud construction noise.
