water pressure was an issue in the kitchen and shower and the apartment is very dark. Bed not very comfortable and massive dip in the middle.

Very good communication with the host with clear instructions given for everything needed. Easy and quick self check-in/out. Great location, quiet and only a short walk from the city center. With plenty of public parking spaces in front of the door, no worries about parking any time of the day. A nicely furnished, clean basement apartment with spacious rooms, very comfy beds and cosy living room. Plenty of storage space in bedrooms. Nice size bathroom with bathtub/shower and small window, lovely and soft towels. Well equipped kitchen - all we needed was there. We really enjoyed our stay in The Garden Apartment and would definitely recommend it! Thank you :-)

Decor, outside space, location, nearby green space, so private and calm absolutely loved it!

If I'm being really picky could have done with a couple of medium sized sharp knives in the kitchen. Kitchen chairs are a bit wobbly and could do with a few new screws. A larger recycling area as it was overflowing the box that was there. Like I say that's being really critical it didn't affect our enjoyment at all we'd stay again.

The check-in instructions at the property were out of date. The Wi-fi code was incorrect and the parking permit out of date. However, when we contacted the agent/owner there was a rapid response.

Beautiful building in a lovely square, within an easy walk of the town and restaurants. Stylishly decorated, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. There was a lovely outside area, which we would have loved if the weather had been kinder!

Over all we enjoyed our stay the Front room was nicely decorated and it was good to have Netflix and wi fi , there was also room to sit outside though it could do with TLC , very convenient for the town with plenty of restaurants and bars , also parking on the doorstep

A little tired in places , kitchen could do with a refurb though it had recently been painted ,mattress is of poor quality , also the wrong code for the key was sent to my email.

The location of the property is superb. Easy to find and very straight forward for parking. Very clean with an airy feel, despite being a basement flat. Comfortable beds and chairs made for a very pleasant stay. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a central location in Leamington spa

Courtyard at the back could do with a bit of a touch up and some plants would have made big difference. Furniture In the kitchen was a bit lose as was the garden furniture. With no tools to tighten just had to be careful sitting down. Also hooks on doors as mentioned in another review would have been useful.

Everything you could want for a stay over , exceptionally clean and very tidy , parking on road available, fully functional kitchen and all mod cons Would definitely recommend this place to stay Luxurious and comfortable apartment/ flat
