Clean, newly refurbished, had everything you needed. The host was very helpful and accommodated all of our needs. I would happy recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Costa Adeje / San Eugino

Great heated pool. Kids had a lot of fun there. Apartment itself was nice. Had everything we needed. We had a rental car and it was very convenient to park it right under our balcony at the front door of the building (lots of free space). There is sunshine to the balcony only in the evenings.

Many stairs to the pool area, but we are young, so it wasn't a big deal for us.

Great facilities and spotlessly clean. Pool area great, again really clean. Maria was very helpful and helped by booking us a taxi back to the airport when we were getting nowhere fast! The photos need updating as the apartment has had a total refurbishment and modernisation to a lovely standard

You need to be fit and able as there are a lot of steps.

Paradise Court Las Americas is very good to stay in Adeje. Apartment is 20 minutes walk from beaches. You can use there heated swimming pool. What was important for me- i could park my rented car very easilly. Apartment owner is very nice and helpfull. You can eat breakfast at the balcony heaving view at the ocean.

We had to cancel an Airbnb last minute and scrambled a week prior to our trip to find a new place . We checked booking.com and Maria's place stood out. From the time I booked it she was super responsive . She emailed and messaged on WhatsApp and despite not being there always made herself available. Lovely apartment w a balcony and close to town. She went above and beyond for us . Her friend Valeria works at a tour company and set up two amazing excursions at great prices.( sailboat 3 hr tour & full day tour of Masca, Teide, Icod de las vinos, Garichos) I highly recommend her place to anyone staying in Tenerife near Costa Adeje. It was very clean and she let us leave our bags before check in. The pool and bar at the complex was lovely too. A+ for this host! NO complaints from my friends and I and money well spent!

The appartment was very clean, big and comfortable for 2 adults + 1 child. The kitchen was well stacked, washing machine worked wonderfully. The terrasse is big and absolutely outstanding view of the ocean, loved catching every sunset out there. Location was very close to Costa Adeje, Playa Fanabe, Siam Park, etc. You do need a car, but there are a few good restaurants and a small supermarket within 5-6 minutes walking distance (even if up and down the hill). Pool area was fantastic, with a small bar and even basic necessities (toilet paper, bottled water, etc). Parking was plenty and very easy. The hosts were very nice, very fast to reply if we had questions and even took the time to come over and talk to us (as we had questions about living on the island).

Missing a good spatula in the kitchen to turn over eggs. That’s about it!
