The on site restaurant is very good.

Hot water didn't work 2 out of 3 times I went to shower. Someone came and fixed it once. The staff were not very responsible - I went to the office twice at around 9am (one time was actually pre-arranged), and no one was in the office or answering the phone. WiFi was a little flaky too, but worked most of the time. Also not much to do in Alice Town itself FYI, though this is a reflection of the town and not the property.

The staff was really nice and always available to help. The apartment was very clean, internet always available and the restaurant was really good. I highly recommend this place.

not possible to pay with credit card - I recommend the guest to come with US dollar or to withdraw money from one of the few available ATM in the island.

Clean property but way to remote for me! Should of stayed at Harbor Island or Governor's Island. Make sure you rent a vehicle as way to remote. Glass bridge and Queens Bath close to location via an automobile. Very nice man who seemed to run everything from check in to waiter in little area to dine! To eat it felt like you were at your grandma's house in this one room area, high ceilings with lace or vinyl tablecloths. Small bar area outside of eating area.

We enjoyed our time spent at Bay Inn Estates. The rooms are big, with an equipped kitchenette and comfortable bed. Peaches and Daniel have been great hosts, helping us with everything we needed. There is also a good restaurant at the property. It is recommended to rent a car if you wish to visit Eleuthera as there is no option for public transportation.
