it was pretty standard and over rated and we thought we were getting a balcony. Kids were expecting better like back home unfortunately it was not. We had only one key so when someone left no one else could because you couldn't get back in without a key. Getting the password for WiFi was difficult and couldn't open up app to access it. Master bed was so hard you may as well sleept on the floor. Lights were out in one of the bathrooms and there were no oven trays to cook in the oven we had to use a muffin tray. I don't recommend this place for families this is a quick pit stop if you need to rest ya head. Oh and getting the keys from another location and trying to access it was painful.

The apartment is a 2 bedroom residence in a block where longer term tenants also appear to live. It was quiet inside the apartment (if you closed the windows, see below). Location was good - about 10 minutes walk to the centre of the city. Apartment was spacious.

We had a number of issues with our stay. Firstly, we were provided a WhatsApp contact number to message on arrival in order to be met at the apartment. It was read a day after we returned home. We tried calling the contact, no answer. Eventually made contact through a text and they arrived about 10 minutes after us. That wasn't a major deal for us, but the fact that the message was never read and the meetup plans didn't work was concerning. We then sent an email via the Booking.com messaging service to ask a few questions, and never received a reply. Included in that email were questions about what if anything we could do with our bags when we checked out in four days time at 10am with a flight leaving at 4:30pm. Not a word. So we had to leave at 10am with our bags and camp out in a nearby cafe. The apartment was definitely not "luxury". The ensuite was shabby (chipboard decaying cupboards, cracks / lack of silicone between bath and tiles. Long black hairs (both of us have very short hair) were found in more than one location. Windows were grubby. One of the smoke alarms in the apartment had been removed. We were then forced to detach another one as it decided to chirp continuously at us. There appeared to be no air-conditioning (we asked about this in the unanswered email). With the windows open, it was quite noisy to the street. I would be concerned about staying here in high summer. The owners need to put some money into freshening up the apartment if they wish to "sell" it as a luxury stay. For almost $250 a night it was overpriced.

We liked the view & also the washing facilities. Handy bottle store, shop & central.

The long haul to put out rubbish/recycling. The elevator playing up. The car gate only opening on one side & then not staying open long enough to get through. Lack of toiletries for the amount of people staying. The fact you had to get your car out & then run the key back up to the room. Parking was a tight squeeze.

The apartment was confortable and clean and the location was great.

1- Upon our arrival at the apartment, the host was not able to find the keys so she gave us her set. Later on we found the 2 sets of keys in a basket on the kitchen 2- We had a problem with the hall bathroom, as the shower was clogged. We reported immediately but they never came to check it because they did not have a key to get in.(as the host has left us the spare key). They kept asking us if we were going to be in the apartment the following day to pick the keys up, but being tourists, we left the apartment early in the morning and returned late in the evening. As a result, we were not able to use the shower, which created a big inconvenience as 5 adults had only 1 shower to use for 4 days !!!. 3- We requested a parking space that was confirmed but we were not given the combination to use on the garage opener (we did not know we needed one). We were allowed to get in by a neighbor. Later I was sent the combination and were able to use it. t 4-The battery, on one of the garage openers, was not working so we could not use it.
