Staying at San Agustín is like staying with friends. The guest rooms are located in a large family house full of character with an interior courtyard. My room was simple but totally adequate for the price I paid. Guests have full access to the kitchen and other shared facilities. Furthermore, after weeks of struggling in my Spanish, I loved being able to converse in English with the family's son—who helped me with check-in. As a bonus, the owners allowed me to park my car in their covered garage (even though it was not included in my stay).

Central location, large common area, plenty of blankets, which is not always the case in Colombian hotels, quiet at night

Very close to the bus stop but also far enough to be quiet at night. Beautiful courtyard, too :)

It would be even better if we didn't have to ask to turn on the hot water every time we needed a shower :)

Friendly staff - they were flexible with my booking and even offered to upgrade our room to one that was more private. Great location too - very easy to get to.

We originally had booked a room on the 1st floor which opened into the shared patio, so the one window opened to the patio- which is not exactly as we imagined, but fortunately we were able to change to a different room that was available.

The family who run this place are amazing. They will happily help you with anything. Colombian hospitality at its best. That´s a good enough reason to stay here.

Clean, comfortable, great value, access to a kitchen, lovely family. Close to a good grocery store and the bus companies. I would highly recommend.
