the smell of cannabis was insupportable , the bath was very dirty , wasn’t clean at all ! was mould on the walls . no kitchen at all just a fridge . no iron , just hair dryer ! the stairs are very difficult to use it . the personal not to helpful. the living room is a very small triangle not like picture ! again , very dirty !

Nothing, it was a complete waste of money.

***PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING*** Don't waste your money. The whole place was worn out, dirty and not like the pictures. We had roadworks happening right outside the window that woke us up at 8am every day - no prior notifications or warnings this would be happening. The stairs to this apartment are exceptionally steep and narrow - I'd strongly recommend NOT booking this apartment if you have a fear of heights or any health issues affecting your legs or arms. There was stains all up the living room wall, it looked like food but not sure. There is no cooking facilities just a microwave on top of a fridge and the microwave was filthy. There are cups and plates to use but nowhere to wash them up unless you want to do that in the bathroom sink or shower. The bathroom is covered with mold, on the tiles, in the grout, on the ceiling and on the floor. The radiator in the bathroom is also badly rusted and covered with mold. Even the mirror in the bathroom was damaged. There was a towel rolled up one of the windows in the bedroom to stop a draft/leak. One window was broken and couldn't be opened. The WiFi is very poor as well, disconnects every few minutes. The wardrobe in one of the rooms was damaged/chipped and the curtains were not suitable as they covered half the walking space between the bed and window. The bedroom mattresses are very cheap quality and not comfortable to sleep on. The apartment is very noisy during the day as its above a shop that plays bass music all the time. The pictures used are very old as the furniture is now different and damaged. The location is the only thing this apartment had going for it as its right at the top of Cental but there are plenty of other places in this area so my advice would be to look elsewhere.

Excellent location.

It was very hot when we stayed. No a/c and the fans provided didn’t help much against the exceptional heat. Also unfortunately the road outside had been dug up and it was very dusty !

A bit gloomy as the sitting room had no windows or view. The stairs leading to the flat were a challenge. Very steep and perhaps unsuitable for some. Kitchen facilities were only a microwave and fridge. No sink so dishes would have to be washed in the bathroom

Location. Ose to Centraal Train Station, restaurants and attractions.

75 degree ladder-like stairs to the apartment; 4 guests, only 2 towels; beds uncomfortable; way over-priced.

The photos have too much photoshop, it actually looks older and without good lighting, the bed is a bit hard so I did not sleep well, it does not have a kitchen although this is in the description, the apartment door is made of wood and not very secure, I stayed 4 nights but it seems to me that it is too expensive for what it is, the only favorable point is the location, the stairs are very steep, almost like a wall so it is not recommended if you go with a large and heavy suitcase or you will have an accident.

I loved everything. The host was nice and very helpfull. I arrived earlier than expected it. He let me do an early checkin. After checking, he guide me thru the supermarket, and have me feel tips for free, as being a good host. During my stay he was very easy to contact if I need, but never did. He let me do a 2h late checkout free of charge, plus he let me leave my things for 4 hours before I get back and go to Airport. VERY VERY VERY happy with beginning to end. Planning to go back in december, if the room is available, I will rent again. THANKS A LOT

The only bad thing is there is no kitchen, but was okay. If I have to complain will be the stairs, but what I hearded it is the Amsterdam style. But it worked of me and family.
