the bed was confortable and the kitchen was well equipped. there was coffe and tea and some spices and oil available for cooking.

You could not reach the location without a car. It took about 10-15 minutes to Formia and about 25 to Gaeta

She was was so nice. The room is very comfy and big!

The location is a bit far from the station and is a small town, so if you’re late at night, early in the morning or on holidays (Sunday also) you might not be able to catch a bus or you’ll have to wait a LONG time. Also they don’t accept cash

We loved the view on the mountains and we loved our balcony. We were pleasantly surprised about Formia and its surroundings. Not so crowded and busy as Naples, Amalfi coast and Ischia, but also with beautifull scenery. Most of the places where you could have a drink and something to eat were inexpensive and the coffee and food delicious.

We didn't feel very welcome and the appartment wasn't clean. The bathroom was ok, but the kitchen was really not clean at all.

they sent whatsapp message with directions, met us outside, friendly. Lots of hot water, kitchen equipment was good. Patio is nice on the door side with views of the mountain - we moved table and chairs round to the side. Locking gates to access the villa perimeter. Locking decorative metal doors to aid airflow in kitchen and bathroom. Mesh on bedroom & bathroom windows and kitchen door. Used whatsapp and google translate to communicate with owners. Supplies left by previous people/owner left in cupboard - washing up liquid, laundry liquid, coffee, water and individually wrapped cakes. Washing machine. Oven. microwave. Supermarket was 2 minutes away.

BBQ on photos is NOT the one you get, you get a flimsy metal bbq to use by the steps (in the dark some nights), the owners (2 families) live below/behind and to the left) and they are LOUD WITH EVERYTHING. No kettle - have to use a pan on cooker, no toaster and no grill, asked for a toaster - got on day 3. The railway line is right in front of the property and it runs 24/7. 100+ TV channels and never found one that was English. Wardrobes, fill an entire wall with 6 rails in 3 wardrobes, nowhere to hang dresses and only 10 hangers in total. The main room is kitchen, dining room, bedroom (bunk beds) and lounge. Outside lights not on a timer so sometimes on and sometimes not - dark walkway to get to your room - especially when you want to bbq. The power extension hanging down the side of the fridge right by the bunk beds - this is dangerous and needs moving. The villa is split into 3 - the room is approx. 1/5 of the villa - the rest is occupied by 2 families with another family living in a separate building in the grounds.
