Lynne was very welcoming on our arrival.Very nice place.Ideal for a short break.. Walking distance to town centre.Nice Park and lots of tea rooms and cafés.Dawlish Warren is nice place with walks, beach and children's facilities.
Visited with young puppy and would have liked a small garden or yard to relax but only minor thing.

everything was very clean. David was a great host . Within walking distance of town and train station. Very nice stay .

The bed was so comfortable and was nice and warm. The roll top bath was a treat as was the walk in shower. The little dog treats was a lovely touch.
The floor boards in the living room were quite noisy. Also the bathrooms were a bit snug. There was not storage space in the bathrooms and just a wardrobe in the bedroom, maybe could do with a couple of draws.

My personal apinion there was to much street light comeing through the edge of blinds I prefer darkness when trying to sleep

The apartment was small , but the space had been well thought out and you had everything you needed. It was a 15 minute walk from the seafront area. Which was fine for us.
Parking was limited to one space on a fairly narrow road, just in front of the property. It wasnt an issue, but would have preferred off road parking

When we arrived was the owner at the front door to tell us all about the appartment
The verry small wasbasins hands could hardly be washed under this.
The apartment was above the owner's kitchen, when spicy cooking was done there, the entire apartment smelled after this
The bathroom with the shower inside wasn't acceptable, durty thick sealants around the shower wall.

great location to town centre , easy parking , most comfortable bed ever and a very friendly welcome
very squeeky lounge kitchen floor , some water staining to shower tiles and bad silicone to glass shower screen which let water through into toilet area

How far away from town it was if you have difficulty walking could be a problem as it's up a steep hill and quite a way to walk if you have mobility problems

It was a nice little apartment with a shower room, toilet & wash basin plus an on suite bathroom which had a bath, toilet & wash basin too. The bath was very nice & I also liked the lights around the mirrors in both bathrooms. The kitchen area was well equipped & the appliances were easy too use. It was a quiet location & I slept well even though the bed was a little firmer than I prefer. There were recyclable bags left so that glass, plastic, paper & cardboard could be recycled.
There wasn't anything that I disliked except for the fact that there were no lights or street lights outside the property, so you were afraid to go far when taking the dog out last thing at night. It would be a good idea to have a torch on hand if you need to go outside in the night. The only things I would have liked was maybe another lamp in the lounge/kitchen. The main lights were quite bright but there wasn't quite enough light with the lamp. I would have also liked to have a coat hook in both the bathrooms. It was a quite compact flat, I think it is ideal for 2 adults & maybe a child but I felt it would be too cramped for 3 adults.

This was such a great property ideal for the three of us and our dog. A beautiful roll top bath in the en suite!
The only thing I would say it was quite a walk back to the apartment up the hill. Unfortunately taxis were just not available on both nights we tried.

A wonderful place to relax for a week in Dawlish. Lynne was a lovely host and Little Weech is a really comfortable holiday home in a great position to explore coast and countryside. Peaceful too - one evening we opened the window and could hear a tawny owl calling closeby. Would highly recommend for either a break or a proper holiday.

The Fryer family loved our stay. Great facilities with doorstep parking and a short stroll into town. The hosts were so efficient and friendly, allowing your privacy but they really stepped up when we had a personal problem. They helped us efficiently and kindly. You won’t regret staying here. Thanks Lynne and David. My parents live 5 minutes away and we can’t stay there...We’ll be back.

Hosts were lovely.Had everything we needed.Great area to visit
On arrival we were dismayed to see several steps to get into the appartment.(It reads in the description of the flat that the whole apartment is on the ground floor and implies accessibility by wheel chair) so as you can imagine this upset my Father and Mother greatly as they find steps very challenging in their 80's .Nice apartment with lovely extras .But disappointing for our requirements.

Very quiet location near enough to Dawlish centre. Comfortable bed, quality towels, great to have 2 toilets and a choice of a bath or shower. Parking right outside the property, lovely owners.
Could do with some storage space for clothes as there was only an open wardrobe and no draws.

Everything.... Location superb, just far away enough from any busy streets and any noise, but a 10 minute walk into town. Great little cottage, just perfect...

Everything about the apartment was well thought out and had a quality feel. It had everything we needed to self cater but we were also close enough to Dawlish centre that we didn’t need to :) would definitely recommend.
