Clean, cozy, and the location was great
Lacks an elevator and had to carry the bags to the 3rd floor with steep stairs

Etwas mehr Geschirr wäre gut, sonst lohnt sich die Nutzung des Geschirrspülers nicht.
Der TV Kabelanschluss sollte geprüft werden. Teilweise werden die Programme ohne Ton oder sehr verpixelt übertragen.

nice apartment, modern, cosy and friendly, well equipped / good facilities, great location
- no darkening blinds / blackout curtains in livingroom for the teo people who slept on the sofa bed, made sleeping difficult and was a major problem when booked for 4 persons
- very noisy from apartment upstairs, or when people walking up/down main stairs (especially at night)
- no oven facilities
- parking to unload or load the car near apartment is very difficult as a narrow one way street with no parking space st all , do cab only be blocked to do so and annoy other drivers

The room was beautiful and clean with everything we needed! Communication with the host was very good.
There is no lift and quite a lot of stairs but the house is still very beautiful.

Everything is very good, it’s easy to contact the host and she responds very quick. Washing machine should be involved and wifi was weak.

Super easy check in, location and stay. I will definitely stay here again. The staff were helpful and communicated via Whatsapp in fantastic English. I felt really safe and secure travelling for work on my own. The bar next-door was a great little place. The bed was comfy, the shower and bathroom facilities great. The kitchen was fully equipped for if you needed it.

Everything was wonderful! This was our favorite room so far on our journey
didn’t like that no one was available in the middle of the night for building emergency

Shower door did not close. Therefore, it was not possible to have a relaxed shower without causing some flooding. This was immediately reported to the cleaning staff who then put a cloth between door and shower basin which of course did not work. In addition the toilet flush became stuck each time we used the toilet and we had to manually move it. It was also not possible to use the sink in the bathroom when someone else was using the shower as the water in the shower became cold immediately!

This is a super apartment in a fantastic location for Oldenburg city centre. The host was fantastic, with clear communication and really helpful information regarding the logistics of staying during Covid-19 restrictions. Check-in and out was easy and well-handled. The room was beyond expectations - it's stylish, thoughtfully appointed and everything was of a high quality.
For us, everything was perfect.
Hopefully guests take note of the clear information on this listing that indicate the property has only stairs. Limited street parking is available (with modest cost) but, given the city-centre location, guests should be prepared that they might need to think about where else they could leave a car if they are using this mode of transport.

Parking. Suggest a reserved parking spot (0rm2) into of the building. Parkhaus around the corner was convenient but not for arrival or departure.

It is situated in a perfect place, near to the very city center. It is clean and spacious and the owner is very nice. A perfect place to stay in Oldenburg!
