Bilik bersambung tingkap Dgn dapur di sebelah rumah Teruk la bau org masak terus masuk ke dlm bilik Villa yg saya pesan di tukar ke rumah lain

The location is very close to the center of Batu City and so many people selling food are passing in front of the property so getting food is no issue even if we don't want to get out or order online.

The building is showing it's age. Needs a bit of rennovation. The shower only available in 1 bathroom, and the hot water can't be warm enough for us to bath comfortably.

Depan villa ada warung, klo butuh apa2 tinggal beli di warung. Sarapan jg gak perlu kawatir, byk yg nawarin jualannya, seperti susu murni, bubur ayam. Villanya cukup nyaman utk keluarga, perlengkapan makan & masak cukup lengkap. Ada pemanggang roti. Pemanas air berfungsi dengan baik.

Kamar yg sebelah kiri kamar mandi ventilasi udaranya kurang & dan tdk ada kipas angin.

The internet was super ..it is fast and was so helpful for us as we needed it for work. The surrounding neighbours are nice and we got free food every morning. The view from the 2nd floor is beautiful.. off course the price is nice too

The floor looks very clean but when we arrived and walked barefood inside, the feeth became so dirty, also the table and furnitures. We decided to clean the floors. The dish washing liquid was provided but very little and diluted with much water. The fridge was old. The floor under dining table apparently was placed ovee something covered by metal lid and sometimes an unpleasant odor comes out. The magic com does work but it looks dirty and outdated. The small decorations put on top of the kitchen cupboard are dusty n dirty.
