The place is comfortable and has a great view of the ocean.
The manager welcomed us, showing us where to park and where to find our keys and breakfast.

The assortment of grains and fruits for breakfast was very nice. The location was very good. The view of the ocean and countryside was beautiful. The unit was nicely laid out. The kitchen had all the needed appliances and utensils. Most importantly, the place was very clean.

The 180 views of Mercury Bay are absolutely stunning. The wraparound decking on the whole front of the house makes for a tranquil and useable setting for outdoor dining or boardgames. The lounge and bedrooms are well lit and spacious, but the massive recreation room with the pool table doubles your space and really adds to holiday living. The breakfast basket was most generous with full packets/jars bottles including milk and butter. The choices made it feel very lux. Marina was the perfect host greeting us with warmth and enthusiasm and appropriate passion for the treasure trove of natural wonders in the area. Excellent value accommodation.

It was clean and comfy, with great facilities. The pool table and family board games provided were especially welcome as unfortunately we were there at the tail end of Cyclone Lola so were unable to enjoy the town at its best.

Ocean View B & B was perfect! The beds were comfy and the place had everything you would need. The view was stunning. Marina was an awesome host, I would definitely stay again!

Looked fine but didn't actually need it. If we could have got a discount on rate for not expecting breakfast we would have taken it.

We liked the breakfast, view, spacious apartment and facilities like the pool table. Will definitely be returning with our son and reccomending to friends and family.
It was a decent way from town so you need a car to get around otherwise it's a long walk with a steep hill to climb.

We really enjoyed our stay and loved the view from the deck. This was a great place with lots of room and a private bedroom for my son. We also loved playing pool on the billiards table. Basic breakfast was provided and I loved the cooking facilities including the barbeque. Great laundry facilities were a bonus.

Such a lovely self-contained place to stay. The view from the verandah was gorgeous. Everything we needed was provided, including Gluten free bread which was fantastic (as I am coeliac). Comfortable bed, very clean and lots of space.

Very spacious, well equipped accommodation. Cleary a lot of thought and consideration has been put into ensuring guests can relax and enjoy everything the area has to offer - whatever the weather. There is a spacious private deck area with wonderful views out over Simpsons Beach. Also we received an extremely warm welcome from the host, Marina, who had plenty of suggestions for places to go in the area. Highly recommended accommodation - just don't make the same mistake we did and only book for two nights! This is somewhere you could comfortably spend many, many nights. Absolutely superb!

This B&B was a rare find. The facility is an entire ground floor of a 2-level house, with two bedrooms, a living room, kitchenette and bathroom, plus a deck with table, chairs and umbrella. The bonus space is a converted space that used to be a garage, and which now has a pool table, exercise equipment, a full size freezer/fridge and an attached laundry room. Marina is an excellent and very interesting host. The view is fantastic, and the overall location is great for exploring Coromandel. The town centre, with all of the food, is a 7 minute drive away.

I loved everything about this property. the communication was excellent, it was very clean, comfortable and easy to commute to. the view was spectacular and we were left some food for breakfast which was great when we arrived hungry after a long journey. I would definitely choose to stay here again

Lovely home with an amazing outlook, lots of birds, warm & comfortable & very private. A lovely breakfast basket. Good communication via text with Marina. Hosts available if needed but didnt intrude

The place is very homey with a bbq area, pool table and fitness equipment, and toiletries. The host was very welcoming and the best place we've every stayed so far. Will definitely definitely come back again..
There were many mosquitoes outside at night that we had to move back inside to finish dinner.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It felt like we were home. All the amenities we needed were available. Breakfast was even provided. The beds were cozy and the rooms were a great size for the 3 of us.
The views from the front of the property were STUNNING and there is even a lovely garden below to enjoy.
Highly recommend staying here.
