O hotel possui instalações modernas e está bem localizado para quem está de passagem ao Sul/Patagônia, inclusive com um bom estacionamento, algo raro. Um dos pontos negativos é a inundação do box do banheiro. O café da manhã é sofrível!

Of luxury and the upper wing of the pool

The "a la carte" breakfast service system is not good for those with schedules to meet during the week. It took a long time and there were errors in the orders. I myself bought my coffee at the supermarket and brought it with me to the room, I avoided making coffee in the restaurant.

lovely hotel big and comfy room. staff is nice and helpful however they need to work on the speed or service it’s too slow

the hotel is very nice, very nicely decorated with great amenities. the roodftop is incredible, great place to hang out with friends, have some drinks and appetizers with great music and even dance!! the breakfast is so complete and delicious. the spa area is amazing, my husband took massages twice and they were so good!

I liked everything because I wanted to stay in this area to attend a wedding, but it is a bit far from the city. this place is great if you want to spend a couple of days doing shopping or other outdoor activities in the area. the hotel is amazing, also great for friends taking a weekend out.

the only two things are stop the loud music in the morning in the coffee shop, improve the espresso - upgrade from the nespresso machine - that’s all!

Hotel is nice, rooms are spacious. Service is poor. Had laundry ready in bag for 3 days, was never collected. Breakfast in not buffet, so takes a while to be served, and only 4 people at breakfast. Co-worker ordered full breakfast and I ordered a coffee, needless to say co-worker got his meal and I was still waiting for a coffee. Restaurant is separate from hotel so you need to pay when having dinner. Staff never come by to see if you need anything. You constantly need to try and get their attention. After 7 days had enough and we moved to another hotel. Also no restaurants within walking distance.
