Estaba bien localizado, para compras, ocio, monumentos y desplazamientos (estación de tren y autobuses y ferrys). El apartamento, más bien un piso por su tamaño tenía una habitación con cama de matrimonio con baño ensuite. Había otra habitación también de buen tamaño y otro aseo. La cocina estaba bien equipada con todo lo necesario.

Al estar céntrico las habitaciones dan a una calle que tiene trafico y hay ruido ( no insoportable pero se nota). Puedes dormir con las ventanas cerradas ya que tiene aire acondicionado. No tuvimos alternativa a dejar el equipaje al hacer el check out. Solo tienen una oficina a tal efecto en Albufeira, si estás en Faro la agencia no te da alternativa. Tampoco te permiten salir algo más tarde, teniendo en cuenta que el check in es a las 17 horas me parece un poco abusivo, por mucho que tengan que limpiar. Hay mucha diferencia de horas entre entrada y salida.

Beautifully appointed apartment in an excellent location. Walking distance to marina, bus and train station, as well as Auchan Supermarchado. This is a lovely space- especially if you’re looking into a short stay. It has the basic necessities required to be comfortable for a couple of days. Kitchen is fairly well-equipped, minus an oven. We also found the management staff of “Check-in Portugal” to be extremely helpful and responsive.

Unfortunately, there are a few significant disappointments with the rental. First and foremost, we booked because of the fabulous view from the terrace that was pictured. Although we were aware that the terrace was on the rooftop, what we didn’t know was that it was above the 5th floor and our apartment was on the 2nd floor. Additionally, there are no umbrellas or shady overhangs, so you can only really use it in the evening, when the sun isn’t so hot. The little balconies pictured aren’t balconies at all, so the idea of having an outdoor space was truly misrepresented and not really an option. The other disappointment was the television service. For such a fashionable apartment, the system is at best antiquated. It’s extremely frustrating and very hard to navigate; although it seems to offer “apps” to use your Netflix, Youtube, etc, the apps channel just spins and spins and never actually opens up. Lastly, the apartment is terribly insulated so you can not only hear street noise, but noise from the tenants in the other apartments. I was awoken on several different occasions during the night because of external noise.

Deposit was requested before checkin - I cant remember seeing this information during booking.

When having shower, hot water temperature fluctuates dramatically from hot to cold and then very hot if someone else is using water in the apartment

It was clean and spacious, really good location in the middle of everywhere, the roof terrace was massive and really good views, it was easy to go in the lift to the roof, we were given clear instructions to get into the property, lovely kitchen and the main bedroom was massive, everything you needed for a perfect holiday, would book again

Loved the property the only thing I could suggest is it would have been great to have a couple of sun loungers on roof terrace, it could be amazing up there with a few added extras, it is a shared roof terrace but never saw anyone else up there didn’t miss a balcony

excellent location, very roomy apartment, air condition was great wi-fi great, a little noisy at night affecting your sleep the beds were a little disappointing but overall we are quite happy.
