We used the pool, it was refreshing. We used the steam room, and it was nice. I wish it was not raining because it appeared that there was a good view from the property as well.

I think it would be nice to have an employee in the building. We had a couple of questions about using the pool, etc, which I would have asked but did not want to bother texting someone.

Really enjoyable stay at this beautiful guest house. Comfortable and tastefully furnished room, with good amenities and spotlessly clean throughout. Will definitely stay again!

Pool was a little cold and sauna not working.

Good location within walking distance to town but outside the bustle. We had the Oak suite which had a great balcony with lovely views. Very unique property which included an indoor swimming pool. Complimentary drinks and biscuits including coffee machine and wine. Our suite was large and comfortable and the bathroom enormous! All fittings and contents were good quality. This was a treat of a place to stay for our last couple of days in Ireland.

It’s at the expensive end of the scale but you get what you pay for.

There is a fair climb up the hill to get to it but you wouldn’t have the amazing views otherwise

The property and facilities were excellent... modern and clean. Check in was very easy and the property was in a nice location.

We stayed in a room on the bottom floor so the view was a bit underwhelming. We were expecting a view of Dingle Bay. When booking again, I will make sure to contact property directly to ensure a room with a better view.

There were 3 adults in the room which was very spacious. We were very happy with the size which included comfortable chairs to relax in. The view was of Dingle Bay. We used the pool once and enjoyed relaxing on the loungers looking out over the bay.

We were a little disappointed the sauna wasn't working but we did enjoy the pool area which was very relaxing.

There is no breakfast available. Short walk to town with a lot of places to eat/drink. The view is spectacular. Thus “Fab View”. Very friendly. The owner went way beyond to make sure we were comfortable and helped with a travel issue. Don’t know if there is or could be someone that cares as much as he does.

OMG. It was absolutely wonderful. We were so surprised when we arrived. First, the communication between us and the owner was great. We arrived and loved the room. the view, the pool, the outside area and more. We met the owner and he was wonderful, a great guy. This is not a bed and breakfast, but coffee is available in the room, along with a couple small bottles of wine for happy hour. So many nice touches. Comfortable beds and very clean. It is about a 10 minute walk to the city center, but it is on a pretty steep hill. Normally we would have easily walked it, but we were tired and didn't fell like walking back up after dinner. So we drove. Took only a few minutes to find a parking spot, but we could have walked it. I would highly recommend this place to stay. Exceptional
