location was convenient for onward travel, decor was lovely local area was attractive excellent bathroom, very good shower

Our room was very small, a little claustrophobic, and the basic double bed was very hard, The staff, whilst being perfectly pleasant, clearly wanted us to eat dinner in our very small room rather than the restaurant. The restaurant was not really a proper restaurant. It had a limited menu, all pre prepared dishes, which were microwaved. My vegetarian meal had lumps of meat in it, the alternative offered to me contained partly still frozen solid lumps of rice, and although the breakfast buffet was reasonable, there were no eggs, despite being on the menu.

Food was delicious

Excellent location to visit the Peassac Léognan and Graves area. Highly functional, clean a&nd calm. Lobby open day and night.. Fine continental Breakfast.

Excellent location for our onward travel to Spain. Staff extremely courteous and helpful. The property renovation of the old mill is fabulous and interior decor and furnishings 5 star. This is a real gem of a hotel and we’ll stay again.

Lovely hotel, very spacious and clean.

Had to ask for bread at the breakfast buffet and order an exact amount.

Not having a room. Booking.com gave us a room. That wasn't available...go figure...

Very nice location with a little stream running through the old watermill and surrounding nature. Excellent breakfast.

Environmental consciousness could be better. Shampoo should not be replaced if it is still almost full.

the staff - one lady in particular at the reception desk. She yelled at us for walking around with our small dog when the hotel was listed pets friendly on booking

The room was quiet and spacious. Close to city center. Nicely restored building

The internet access never worked. Had to get a second token from the front desk but got locked out. The property has no identification nor directions from the public street. It was hard to find the hotel at the back side of a private property. No parking available. We had to park in the access to the property very dark and isolated with a big warning sign from the hotel claiming no liability for any car damage, steal, etc. Very unfriendly staff at the check-out.

Loved the Hotel, very beautiful, youthful, comfortable and it was very secure to leave the car on the parking spot. A great place to rest when you need to stop on long journeys. Merci!
