We loved everything of this place! Kind people, delicious breakfast, beautiful house and nice and clean room. There is also a fridge with jugs of milk (even not diary if you ask) to bring up to your room. David and his wife (sorry, I do not remember the name) are really great people and gave us a lot of very helpful suggestions to visit the area. For sure I would come back here and suggest this Guest House to everyone.

Really enjoyed at The Grange, Wonderful hosts, lovely room, and a good breakfast couldn't ask for more. A good location for exploring Brecon and the surrounding area .With free parking on site. Will definitely stay again.

David and Kathleen are the perfect hosts and very welcoming. You will get a 5 star service from them as they are very attentative. We stayed in room 4 (double room) which was very spacious and comfortable. Even the bathroom was spacious in comparison to some other B&B we stayed at. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic as you have a wide variety of choices in addition to the traditional full English breakfast. From jogurt, porridge to cereal and even fresh fruits (blueberries, strawberries and bananas) were available. The sausages and bacon come from the local butcher and are very delicious. The location is also very convenient to walk into Brecon or explore Brecon Beacons. David is very knowledgeable and can recommend walks, dining options or where to get the best beer and gin nearby. He also has a lovely personality and will surely bring a smile to your face. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the Grange Guest House.

The Grange Guest House is a very lovely and cosy place. You can notice how much care they put into arranging the place: the names of the rooms, the books shelves in the corridors etc. The hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful, they gave us a lot of tips on where to eat, what to do around Brecon (during the storm was a bit of a challenge) and helped us dealing with drenched hiking boots after a day in the rain. The room was spacious and very clean. The nice breakfast was all we needed to start the day in a good mood. We had a lovely time!

The room was a bit cold the first day but then we found the electric heater available in the cupboard so it was all good again.

Absolutely delightful bed and breakfast in Brecon. The hosts David and Kathleen were super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable - David provided great recommendations for things to do in Brecon and places to eat, all of which were great. Breakfast was tasty. The room was cozy with a great, large bathroom. Great location to explore the town of Brecon and the nearby national park.

Friendly personal service. Comfortable, clean room. Good parking and convenient location. Gave lots of restaurant advice and tips of local hiking routes. Breakfast very good quality produce, great selection and well cooked. Very good value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Minor issue but we would have rather not had to pre-order breakfast before 8pm night before as it was restrictive, nor select exact start time.

One of the best places we have ever stayed! Beautiful house in the centre of Brecon. On arrival David made us feel really welcome and was really helpful in pointing out local attractions/restaurants. Our room was really lovely - spotlessly clean and modern with everything you would need (teas/coffees/kettle etc.). The bed and bedding were very comfortable. We didn't hear any other guests whilst in our room and at night the road outside was very quiet. Breakfast was amazing - everything from cereals/fresh fruit to full cooked breakfast (vegetarian/vegan options available). 10/10 stay, we are definitely coming back!

Excellent breakfast, very comfortable bed, big bathroom and everything was immaculately clean. Great location very close to the shops and pubs, yet quiet. Really handy having dedicated customer parking behind the hotel.

Breakfasts were delicious and fresh and lots of choice. Room was very comfortable, spacious, had everything you'd need and spotless. Lovely friendly hosts who have great local knowledge for food or things to do, places to visit in the area. Sensible COVID measures in place to keep everyone reassured and safe.

Our host was brilliant - friendly, courteous and welcoming. The room was lovely and our bed very comfy. Breakfast was also great. Particularly liked that there was fresh milk available for making teas and coffees in the room instead of uht. Would definitely stay here again if we came back to Brecon

Very little to fault. Bit of noise at kicking out time from the pub opposite but not much can be done about that (and it was only on one night of our stay, previous night was nice and quiet).

Fantastic owners, went above and beyond to make our stay conformable. Very knowledgeable about the area. Great breakfasts, and private car park with guaranteed parking. Highly recommend. Thank you. We will be back.
