A localização fica bem próxima ao centro e aos principais restaurantes e é bem fácil chamar um táxi ou um tuc. As atendentes foram super prestativas e atenciosas e no que precisamos, fomos muito bem auxiliados. Ao lado tem uma sorveteria excelente também. O café da manhã é ok, com várias opções de sucos, geleias, pães, omelete, frutas. Recomendo!

This is a basic, but very clean hotel with a friendly staff. When our flight was delayed, we could not make it on the river to our jungle lodge, so the company put us up here. I slept in the triple room with my two girlfriends. It was large enough with three beds. The air conditioner worked really well. There was good Wi-Fi and hot water. The lobby and the hallways of the hotel are not air-conditioned and it is hot. I missed being able to drink coffee when I woke up. We had a 530am very early meeting time, and the staff could not accommodate us with coffee or tea. We appreciated the refrigerator in the lobby with beer and sodas for sale. We Skipped dinner because it was dark and we didn't know where to go. Lol.

I wasn't clear on why upon checkout, the girl had to go and look at all of our rooms before she unlocked the front door to the street. Strange!

La habitación daba a la calle principal por lo que era muy ruidosa.

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel! It was much cleaner than we expected and more modern! The bathroom was the cleanest out of all the places we stayed in South America!! The staff was friendly and very helpful. Good and safe location close to the shops. AC worked great, so we didn’t have to sleep in the heat which was amazing :)

It was very noisy as the hotel is on the main street. The shower was luke warm to the say the least but it was okay because the weather’s very hot there.

Since our arrival time, everything was already well organized and ready to do our check-in

Breakfast buffet was great! Very clean and it was great having AC available. Hot water available during 1pm-5pm was great.

The early check in/ late check out policy is very sneaky and not posted anywhere. On the check in counter early check in fee is posted to be 25% of hotel price when in reality its only if you check in 2 hours early. If you need to check in 3 hours or more early the fee goes up to 45% of the hotel price. This would be fine if it was posted somewhere but it's not. They intentionally hide it so you will feel confident in hoping you can check in early with only a 25% fee when it actually is not like that Also hot water is only from 1pm-5pm if you shower out of that time frame it is very cold

Cleanliness of the whole hotel

Our stay was really disappointing in comparison with what we expected : - No blanket in the room, just 1 sheet (we took our sleeping bags out) - Small ants in the room - Need to wait 15 min for hot water in the shower (15 min ! what a waste) - Wifi working at the reception but not at all in the room - Receptionist sending someone to "control" the room while checking out, asking us to wait in the meantime... like if we were criminals - Pretty good choice for breakfast but nothing exceptional and not a lot of homemade products

Very comfortable overnight stay before we headed to our Amazon tour. Well located next door to a fantastic cafe that made rather nice fresh hamburgers (so we didn’t need to venture far for dinner). The breakfast here is also exceptional and not to be missed.

Was a little noisy in our room facing the street but nothing we couldn’t fix with good earplugs so we got a good nights rest.

The staff was extremely helpful in arranging a taxi and making dinner suggestions. The breakfast was delicious. The room and common areas were spotless.

It is a modern hotel, clean, with nice and gentle staff and well located in town.

No cafeteria/restaurant for lunch or dinner. The floor of the shower is slippery and dangerous. I had an accident. No warning signals.

Honestly nothing to critique. It was so good we went back after our rainforest tour. You will LOVE your past self for booking this hotel with insanely good AIR CON (trust me, you really need good air con for the humidity + heat)

Very clean, comfortable, good-looking and we'll maintained hotel with very nice staff and excellent breakfast buffet.

The shower water was tepid at best. Also, avoid room below the kitchen, as staff need to start early for that great breakfast and the noise from pots, pans, and the juice blender is unavoidably loud.
