Great location and beautiful modern place

Position. Beautiful ly appointed. Great views.

No microwave a must for modern holiday food. Settee in wrong position for watching TV. Reluctant to resite it! Single sink so needed a bowl in it when straining vegetables etc. No reading light in lounge. Lovely chair in corner needed a reading lamp.

Amazing location on seafront. Good size apartment with lovely modern decor. Both bedrooms good size with plenty of storage. Modern bathroom with fab shower. Everything for a comfortable stay. We were there during the heatwave but sea breeze made it really pleasant. Basket of tea/coffee/jam etc a nice touch & useful. Bexhill itself a great spot to stay and relax - locals very friendly and range of places to eat, drink, shop.

Only thing that I can think of to improve would be plug near a mirror for doing hair/make up but apartment was amazing and this is only slight thing.

the addition of a washing machine would have made the score a perfect 10, but that’s all a small thing.

only one towel per guest….not great if you want shower and wash hair. we had to go out and buy a small one for me….it’s a shame as it was a great place. (the info said towels included….thought that meant more than 1)….didn’t realise it was 1 each!

A small bottle of milk would have been really helpful.

Clean, comfortable and such a lovely view and proximity to the sea. Also, the owners are so nice to deal with with and gave very quick responses to the few questions we had while we were there.

Spotlessly clean, well appointed apartment with lovely balcony overlooking the beach and within easy walking distance of the splendid De La Warr Pavilion

Apartment was fantastic and very comfortable. We especially loved being able to sit on the shielded glass balcony and enjoy the view of the sea. - Even at the end of October!

Welcome hamper was lovely, fantastic spot looking out over sea in a residential area but still very local to shops and restaurants. Ideally situated

Couldn’t get on with the tap in the kitchen to start with but figured it out.

A clean modern apartment right on the seafront, what more could you ask for. The perfect place for a short break with everything you could need within walking distance. Gemma made everything so easy for us, from arrival to letting us know the perfect places to eat out. We definitely intend to return in the future. Many Thanks.

A table and chairs on the patio would be useful for eating outside. A hook on the bathroom door would also be useful. We couldn't work out how to switch the heated towel rail on.

The welcome basket and milk etc. was a welcomed surprise. The apartment has everything you need to be comfortable and rest easy. Such a beautiful place to rest and recuperate. I loved sitting on the balcony at night, wrapped up in a blanket with a glass of red wine. The sound of the waves were enchanting. Gemma (the owner) is lovely and helpful too.

The location is superb as beach is just outside the doorstep. We loved our stay so much. The apartment is clean, with modern touch, complete with kitchenwares and the balcony is so relaxing. The rooms were airy and we all had good night sleeps. It was so nice to wake up and see the beach and it was so lovely to just sit in the balcony and have drinks, watching the sunset. There are so many restaurants around and everything is accessible. There was no problem with parking. The host, Gemma was so nice to talk to when I had a question and the welcome pack was so good - milk, biscuits, crisps, coffee, hot chocolate etc. Seascape is highly recommended for holiday and stay.

Just little details, but did not affect much on our stay - it was quite difficult to open the door to the apartment. At first, we had to do it few times. The wall clock was not working. But otherwise, not a problem.
