Host was super responsive and lovely. Accomodation clean and nice Near to the beach (10 - 15 min walk)

It was hard to find The bed was super uncomfortable Leak in the radiator (although host did look at it when raised Light didnt work in dining room No toiletries....arrived late, no shops open so had to wash with hand soap. Only one toilet roll for weekend. Parking was available bit this was 10-15 min walk away in a public car park. If you have problems walking this would be difficult

Very nice and clean place, vey comfortable. Relaxed environment, private and quiet. Very close to the beach. Easy to access by OV. Very good value for money

An email arrived prior to arriving with the key code and this had some photographs attached showing exactly where the property was located. Location was good. There was plenty of room for 2 people. There was a parking permit available for the local public carpark, which was great, although this was about 10 minutes from the apartment. Not a big deal, you just maybe need to be aware that it's not right outside.

The biggest gripe is that on the last day whilst packing our car, the hosts decided to clean the property before we had finished and without asking if it was ok. We were still within our time before we needed to leave. As it happened, we were planning to go back in to use the facilities before our trip home, we weren't expecting to find that our things had been moved. The excuse that there were other properties to clean, sorry it just wasn't reasonable. The accommodation is basically situated under the home of the owners with the entrance at the rear of their home and there is another holiday let in the garden area. You can hear the owners walking around. The heating is controlled by the owners from upstairs who clearly had their own idea as to when it should be on. This resulted in the apartment being colder than you might like at some times or coming home to find it very hot in there. There was a plug in electric radiator available, but wasn't the best solution; there should be more control available to the renters. The lounge area looked out over the veranda and the bedroom led into the lounge, but there was neither a door, nor a curtain closing off the bedroom from the lounge and so you needed to be aware that you could potentially be seen by the occupants of the other accommodation whilst in the bedroom. There was no curtain or blind at the back door so you need to remember to wear something at night going to the kitchen or loo Not a big issue for us, as we tend to eat out when on holiday, but there was no oven, nor microwave at the property. If you are on the tall side it isn't such a problem, but the only mirror in the property, which was in the bathroom, was quite high up for someone on the short side. The towels in the bathroom were more like hand towels than bath towels.

The residence was full filled with necessary equipment and comfort to ensure the needs of customers.

Parking lot, little bit far from residence. 🅿️ Noorwich is a quite decent city at the beach to explore.
