House was as listed. Great location. Felt safe. Beds comfortable. House clean. Pool area clean. Didn't have to contact owners as house was fully operational and stocked. Would definitely rent again.

House was great had absolutely everything we needed, backyard is absolutely amazing especially the pool.
Location is perfect walking distance to the main strip with lots of restaurant options which we loved.
Owners were really great to deal with, very responsive to the questions we had.
My family can’t wait to stay here again

We truly enjoyed our stay! The backyard pool area was outstanding. The beds were super comfortable. We appreciated the extra touches of having paper goods and coffee available. There are many restaurants and bars within a couple of blocks. We had a late flight and the host was very accommodating for us. Would definitely stay again!

This place was perfect for our needs. It was roomy and comfortable. All of the comforts that we wanted, Grill, Coffee, nice towels in the bath and for the pool … the furnishings were all nice and the patio furniture was nicely appointed. We stayed five nights. The location is very close to restaurants and watering holes in nearby downtown Gilbert.

The house was great. Super private backyard and pool. Located one block from downtown Gilbert. Great walking trails within 1 block.
We hope we can stay there every time we go to see my son and his family.

We enjoyed our stay in Gilbert. Downtown had amazing restaurants, and it was a quick 20 minute drive to several attractions we went to (superstition mountain, ponderosa stables, goldfield ghost town, diamondbacks game, hole in the rock, riparian preserve, botanical gardens).
The backyard is beautiful, and relaxing. The pool was a little cold to swim in, even though the outside temps were mid 80s to mid 90s throughout our stay. (Pool is not heated, as stated in the listing.) The pool is quite big, 4ft to 9ft deep. I messaged the host twice prior to our stay asking if the pool is usually comfortable to swim in this time of year and if a rental car is recommended and never got a response back. Glad we decided to get the rental car. Overall was a good stay, just wish we could have used the pool more.

I and my three adult sons had a great time in Gilbert and this lovely and immaculately clean place is just a perfect walk to dt Gilbert! This place is a win! We all highly recommend staying here and visiting Gilbert! And don’t leave without going to joes and next door grabbing some prickly pear ice cream! Yum!! ❤️❤️❤️

Everything was great - house was very clean & had everything we needed. The back yard is lovely & where we hung out the most .
The location is centrally located & worked well for us as we were golfing in different locations.

We enjoyed walking to downtown felt very safe just us girls walking all around.

This place was immaculate. Loved the open house layout and a beautiful backyard. We didn't use the pool but we sat by the fire. And downtown Gilbert was super fun and easy to walk if you are drinking. Also great communication with the owner. I had to add another couple and it was simple! Thank you again!

This home has a lovely outdoor space and the pool area is a wonderful place to relax. The indoor space is roomy and features a large master suite. Our favorite part of this property is the close proximity to the Heritage District of downtown Gilbert. It is less than a 5 minute walk to get to this vibrant area featuring fantastic restaurants with lots of dog-friendly patios. The property owners are very responsive, thoughtful, and welcoming. We look forward to returning!

Ahh, what a fabulous location for this beautiful home. We love being able to walk downtown and grab a bite to eat in downtown Gilbert. Beautiful landscaping in the backyard that allowed for relaxing and chilling by the pool! We will be back! Thank you again for being such fabulous hosts!

Great house. Well decorated. Good beds. Nice shower. Well appointed. Private backyard. Excellent location near all the good stuff in Gilbert and only 20 minutes to almost anything in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area. Perfect stay.

Stayed the weekend at this property. As an asu alumni it was close enough to campus but far enough away from the college party scene. The house was very well maintained, clean, and beautifully decorated. The backyard was an oasis which my dogs enjoyed immensely. The location itself was a gem. Walking distance to coffee, bars, and restaurants. Will definitely recommend this property and hope to return in the future.

We loved our stay at this gorgeous property! The location was perfect for Downtown Gilbert with the excellent shopping and restaurants on our doorstep.
The home was perfectly appointed and had everything we could need for our stay and then some!
Very comfortable beds and lots of seating in the family areas. Kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the open floor plan.
The back garden and pool was ultra relaxing, and the seating and sun beds ample and comfortable.
We loved playing corn hole with the family, and enjoying our kids and grandchildren.
The hosts were excellent in their communication for check-in and check-out. The property is so well managed though, we didn't need to reach out with any issues.
We will definitely be returning guests!

This was the best Vrbo yet for me and my family! House was SUPER clean - and stocked with anything you may have needed. My Mother turned 79 in this house and all she kept saying was how impressed she was with this, or that! Had the best weekend! Thank you Jeff & Maricel, my family and I will be back!!!

This house was perfect for our girls trip. Plenty of room for the 5 of us! The backyard is BEAUTIFUL! The pool and the comfortable patio furniture made it the perfect place to spend a hot day! Easy walk to downtown Gilbert where you will find a great selection of bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend staying here!

Home is beautiful and clean. It was also Well stocked. There was nothing extra that we needed. They had everything covered. Home was clean and within walking distance to food and bars. Communication was excellent as well. Pool was clean and inviting if weather would have permitted. Several outdoor sitting areas to enjoy.
