The geyser in the bathroom worked fine.

Room with poor infrastructure....very small in size....not even space for keeping your suitcase and open it for unpacking / packing. Window curtain fell on the ground as soon as I tried to pull it to cover the window, because the hanging rod itself was not securely fixed.......the room was not kept ready when I arrived there at 1 PM, much after standard chek-in time....all bed linens and pillow covers remained from previous use. In the bathroom, the tap on the basin was not fixed at the base with the basin...one has to hold it with one hand so that it can be operated with the other hand.......room lighting was inadequate.....the foam on the bed was very old and had big dents due to prolonged usage, and it was very uncomfortable to sleep on as it was difficult to keep your spine straight on the surface......all these when they charges Rs. 3,0000/- for one night and claimed it to be a king sized room. Finally, at the time of checking-out I was asked to pay an additional amount over Rs. 3,000/- already paid.....this was claimed as tax....what tax and what I don't know. However, when I asked for the invoice for the tax amount, I was told that for Guest Houses, invoices are not made. So this claim was just like that without any accounting and billing. I was furious and argued with the owner on the matter and refused to pay without an invoice, to which he succumbed and let go of this payment. Overall the living experience was quite poor.

Nice, quiet, small town cottage like experience. Room size is fairly big and comfortable.

Room heater should be provided by default. Room and bathroom windows couldn't be closed thereby letting in chilly, sub-zero winter breeze which made sleeping at night fairly challenging. Perhaps, better maintenance of doors and windows is required.

Was my home away from my home. Never had any host like Kisan uncle n Asha aunty. They treated me like their daughter. Stayed in so many homestays in various parts of India. But this homestay was exceptional. Will go back again because I carried a great relationship for life time

Location of the property was good. Just few steps from market road. Rooms were cozy and clean. There is ample parking space close to the property. Also the tourist spots are few km from this place. If you wish to eat outside a number of restaurants are there close by.
