What breakfast? The location was beautiful.
Poor instructions on how to get to the location, and the building. Should include that a shutter leaves from Granby that take one to the exact location. The codes to get into the garage and condo were transposed. We wasted a lot of time and cold as we arrived at night trying to get in. Fortunately, one in our party decided to reverse the codes. The door to the building was hard to see at night, therefore, we couldn't figure how to get in. Really poor instructions by whoever maintains the condo.

The location great, walking distance to bus to Winter Park Resort and a short drive to resort.
Big, lots of room and nice to have full kitchen, washer, dryer and a garage to keep car out of snow.
Nice fireplace, had a electric boot dryer in hall and enjoyed watching birds at feeder.
Hot tub was closed due to COVID (though saw people sneak in), Hot tub also faces driveways, essentially in the median of private road. Also the cost of renting much higher due to COVID and pent up demand for housing.

Very nice condo, we felt at home upon opening the door. Very spacious, very well furnished with high quality material and equipment. Located in a beautiful small community that gives this unique small chalet atmosphere, particularly during snowfall times.
Missing ski in/ski out but offers a relatively convenient 5 minutes free shuttle ride to the base.

Spacious and well-kept condo with a nicely stocked kitchen. The dedicated indoor garage spot is a great plus if you're coming to ski (and expecting snow). The condo is only a few minutes walk from a shuttle stop that will take you the 3/4 of a mile up to the Winter Park ski resort (although be sure to take the WP Old Town shuttle because the city Green Line does not stop there any more). You can also walk up to the resort but you will be walking on the road in some areas if there is snow. We will definitely try to return here again next time we are in Winter Park to ski.

We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful place. We would love to stay there again someday. Wish I knew the brand of the mattress . . . we slept great! Maybe it was the Rocky Mountain air. A great place to relax!
