This was our second time staying here. We came to visit our daughter at Baylor with the grandparents along for the Baylor Basketball game. Convenient location, clean and comfortable. We will stay here again in the future.

The listing does not do this place justice. It is the perfect location if visiting your student at Baylor or in town for a campus tour. It is easy to get to all of the attractions. The unit was super clean and comfy. Had a great night sleep. I highly recommend staying at 1700 S. Second Street. You will be glad that you did!

Great location and great accomodations
Excellent accomodations. Location was right in Baylor and super close to everything. The place was just perfect, from the communications prior to renting to the excellent stay.

Great place to stay! We had a small issue with the downstairs toilet backing up. It was taken care of promptly and Ashley was very gracious about it.
If you are visiting Baylor, this is the perfect apartment to stay in. We were just a few miles from many of the best "things to do in Waco."
We have 4 small dogs and there were dogs in several of the other apartments had dogs also, never herd a peep from any of them. perfect sound proofing and great parking!

Perfect Place to Stay!
We absolutely loved this place. We stayed here for a girls trip to Silobration. It is so close to the Silos.. I think a 6 min drive. Close to Common Grounds and Heritage Creamery. Everything was very clean. Right next to Baylor Campus. Felt very safe. We loved everything about it!

Stayed here on a short vacay with my BFF and my son from Nevada met up with us and stayed a few days
We loved this place and was so impressed with the look of the place, the safe feeling we had here and just how easy it was to get in touch with them. I left something important in the apartment and didn't realize it until we were in Austin. My son was still in Waco and I called to see if he could go get it and they were right there to help. I have never stayed in a place that was so well equipped. Cleaning supplies, Oil, balsamic vinegar, cream sugar.... everything you might want. I would stay there again and again!

Girls trip to Waco
This little condo was so cute and clean. It was perfect for 6 adults. We cooked out at the nice patio grill section and had a great time. One of my friends even went and bought the same bedsheets from one of the beds because they were so comfortable... haha We will back for sure. Thank you for letting us stay Jack!

As close to campus as you can get!
The location was perfect for our attendance of the Baylor football game! It's right across the street from the science building and SLC, so it felt like I was back in college staying there (having visited friends that lived there when I attended Baylor). The renovations were lovely, and every household item you could need for short or long-term stay was available (kitchenware, toiletries, cable t.v., outdoor grill, comfortable beds, large space, full-sized washer/dryer). I would definitely stay there again!
