- the food - the location - we had enough parking places - the staff was ok

- quite expensive - the room was small - the shower as everyone mentioned it - atm with big commission

The staff, facilities, the breakfast, clean rooms - everything was really hreat and we enjoyed our stay - however except of a room size and shower

I suppose the sizes of rooms are difficult to be reconstructed but for example for a 4 member family it was very small and very discomfortable. Also there was a problem while showering - since the shower was open, everything was wet, water even got thourgh bathroom door to the room…

Lack of space for clothes - enough closet space for weekend getaway, but I realy don’t know where would we put all our stuff for one week stay?! Only one small closet. Bathroom is also small but that wasn’t a problem for us. Breakfast and dinner - great variety of food but not that tasty (unseasoned food).

The rooms were a nice design, and the food was good.

if I knew the property was on a steep hill and wasn’t stroller friendly, I wouldn’t have stayed here. also the man ant the reception desk was extremely rude .

Great location, nice view, very good selection of food at the buffet. The staff is very polite and helpful, they resolved our issues quickly. Overall our stay was pleasant and I highly recommend the hotel to anyone.

Sometimes there weren't enough parking spaces, but that is usual for places like this.

The breakfast was fantastic! Also the rooms were clean.

We were settled in annex, there was no refrigerator. Beds were uncomfortable, the room was really small. If you are searching for seaside location this is not the place to stay (a lots of stairs, uphill location). The staff in main complex (reception) was not having their day.

Very nice hotel, spectacular views.

Would be nice to have more evening entertainment for kids and also for adults.

Hotel is close to the beach, room was as described in booking.com, food was ok. When needed, staff was helpful. When asked for help, they come quickly.

1. Balcony had a view to a bunch of trees, not the beach. 2. Shower is a nightmare. Even with the most of care, water is splashed all over. Please, put a door, or make the floor inclination steeper. By the look of door and wood decoration (swollen by water), this happens to everybody. See attached photos. 3. Cleanliness is bad. People simply make the bed, and little more.

Breakfast and dinner were ok. The room was very clean. They gave us enough towels.

We could not lock the door to the room (we lost a lot of time due to the repair). Half the time there was no electricity in the room (we could not use the air conditioner or charge our mobile phones). The shower door was torn off.

Food was excellent, big selection of dishes, tasty desserts. Beautiful view from the main building.

Room had a bad moist smell. The shower was absolutely terrible, there was water everywhere in the bathroom. The shower head was broken, it fell apart while I was taking a shower.

Great location, very close to the beach. Food was great, lot of different choices, lot of different desserts. Very tasty and abundant. View from the dining terrace was stunning, I enjoyed it very much. Room was nice and clean. New furniture, big bed, room amenities covered all the basics. I loved the balcony. The sea view from our room was great! Staff was really friendly. Free parking at the site was a big plus.

The shower in the bathroom is very poorly constructed. No matter how careful you are being while taking a shower, it will leave the bathroom quite soaked. Bed was a bit on the soft side which is not my cup of tea but it wasn’t that bad. I didn’t like the pillow. The path from the main building to the annex isn’t lighted, it is up hill and you have to use your phone torch to get up there. The biggest disappointment of all was that the hotel is promoting their new pool complex which is not even closely to being finished. One can assume from the website that there are 4 pools, while there is only one smaller outdoor pool which you can use.

the receptionist was very nice and even spoke german and english. She was very helpful. Meals were fine and the pool was awesome.
