The Amber House was very cozy, clean and a great home away from home. It had everything we needed for the stay. We especially enjoyed sitting outside and relaxing on the patio. The hosts were responsive and wonderful to work with!

I will definitely return to this rental if I visit Boise area again. The house is clean and comfortable. Exactly like the pictures and description. The neighborhood is nice and close to shops, restaurants, and the interstate.

We stayed almost three weeks. The house was clean and well maintained. The owners reached out to see if we needed anything. The neighborhood was in a convenient location. We would definitely consider renting here again when we are back in Boise.

I fell in love with the property the moment I opened the door. It’s absolutely adorable, retro deco perfect, in a quiet location central to everything. Mary is great. The home is so clean with everything you might need and more. If and when I return, I hope I can book this property again. So happy with my stay!

This Boise home is truly a treasure for those who appreciate mid century restorations. Super clean & well maintained. Nice size for couple or small family & but also grand for an individual traveler. The extra amenities like the lovely large yard, patio, & cruiser bikes really add to the charm. The neighborhood is quiet & low traffic though just a few blocks from major thoroughfare access. I hope to have the opportunity to revisit this property in Boise.

This property was super clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay and made us feel right at home. The outdoor space was perfect to sit out and relax. The location was easy to get to and conveniently located to so many things in Boise. The hosts were very responsive and kind. Being from Arizona it was a nice change to have cool weather! The snow was beautiful and the landlords made sure we were safe by having the driveway plowed when needed.

Home was super clean. convenient location, quiet neighborhood, extremely well equiped, close to everything. Cable TV (ex. Netflix) was great while antenna tv was just ok. Otherwise, the home was perfect.

I found this property so lovely in its' comfort, original mid-century modern finishes, and spotlessly clean. The neighborhood was wonderful in original period architecture and properties were tidy and well kept. The owner's were easy to contact, and responsive. Definitely a got-to for stays in Boise.

If you want funky retro then this is the property. Everything you could ever need is there. The house is beautifilly renovated to authentic mid centuary with all the mod cons. I loved my time at Amber House just delightful.

We were here for a soccer tournament and we wanted a home where we could cook meals. This place was amazing. It was quiet & the owner(s) made us feel welcome by allowing us to check in a little early, checking in on us on our arrival day, and just by remembering why we were there. Also, the house has everything you need to cook. If I ever come to Boise again, I will definitely stay here again.

The house itself had everything we needed. Property is as advertized and is conveniently located close to Boise downtown or Meridian, hikes and parks. Enjoyed backyard and patio in the evenings. Kitchen is well equiped. Having access to garage is very helpful. No issues, well equiped, everything worked

We enjoyed our six day stay at this quaint home. It was clean and all of the appliances were in good working condition. The washer/dryer were a bonus. Good location. Communication with the property manager was fast and courteous. Recommend for anyone planning to visit Boise.

We arrived in July and it was hot. The house has excellent air conditioning and we stayed nice and cool. The backyard has a lawn and it’s very private. We enjoyed watching the family of squirrels in the morning on the porch.

Janet's home was everything and more. Easy to get to and beautifully decorated. All the touches of home in a fun 50-60s style. Kitchen is well stocked and bedding is comfy and fresh. Great backyard too.

Excellent location, excellent host
This house is so cute and functional for a family stay. We had absolutely everything we needed upon arrival and everything was very easy to find. It is within walking distance to grocery stores and Great Harvest Bakery which has phenomenal baked goods from scratch.
We were in town for a graduation and had several different places we needed to be on different days. The location was central to absolutely everything we needed to do which was fantastic. We were always only 15 minutes from anywhere.
The neighborhood is very quiet and well kept and we simply felt right at home. We will definitely check to stay here first next time we are in town!
