The house itself and location were great, clean and everything we needed was there.

Ok, so we found that the lower bedrooms let in ALL sound from outside, and unfortunately on all three nights we were there, we had neighbours who were pretty noisy to say the least, but there was no insulation to keep that noise out, which would have helped a lot.Even with the glass doors closed, it sounded like our neighbours were in the room with us! So sadly we did not sleep well, which is always a bit of a bummer...

the property is in a beautiful location and the beds were very comfortable.

No outside lights. Not enough hot water.

The sliding door in the garage keep rattling all night due to winds ( not too sure if you can help that) there was tea and coffee sachets but no salt and pepper ( might be handy)

Fantastic location on the beach- with 3 beds rooms and 2 bath. Apartment seriously needs some money spent on paintwork and a cosmetic makeover in the ageing property. Apartment was spotlessly clean throughout.

No heating on chilly winter nights. Fans only for cooling. Salt ravaged ageing bathrooms that continued to breakdown and need a desperate makeover

Lovely apartment, great location, Lennox Head is the best!

The beds were a little old, and not supportive. A king size would be far more desirable in the main room. the downstairs were very old and worse for wear.

No breakfast

The filth, the smell, that there was no power due to safety switch turning off power, the chipped glass in kitchen, the torn curtain, the caked on muck on the iron The perceived sexist manner in which I was addressed I could go on and have photos The invoice referring to a number of ‘ cleaning charges’

Location was incredible. Plenty of space even though we had five people. Friendly neighbours.

A few outdated and complicated appliances. The bins were all just about full when we arrived and the bin collection was the day before we got there.
