Charmante maison de plage avec 2 chambres et 1 salle de bain juste sur la plage avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan. Prenez le temps de sortir de la ville et installez-vous sur le pont avec votre boisson préférée, admirez la vue sur la mer et observez les dauphins jouer dans l'océan.
A quelques pas de la plage, cette maison est idéale pour les familles et les pêcheurs.
Il y a une cuisine entièrement équipée - Un nouveau four a été ajouté, une chambre principale avec un lit queen-size, la deuxième chambre avec des lits jumeaux. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit dans le salon. Une salle de bains moderne avec une laveuse et une sécheuse est à votre disposition. Les draps et les serviettes sont inclus.

All the things a host can control are well done. The city water situation, non potable and smelly, is less than ideal. Would still rent again

As always, we enjoyed our stay, being just a few steps away from the beach is so convenient and we have the best morning and evening views. This spot is always our first go to place to rent when in Surfside.

Very nice little beach house. Stayed cool in the heat. Held up under the tropical storm. Had no issues with WiFi. Will definitely stay here again!

We’ve been making an annual trip to Surfside for our birthday celebration since 2018. This is by far the best place we have ever stayed!!!

My two friends and I stay at this house the same time every year for over 5 years! We LOVE this place. The location could not be more perfect! The house is always clean and the decorations are so cute!! Before we left we booked next year! Looking for a beach front property with an awesome big deck overlooking the ocean? Look no further! This is it!

Well, the property was good, although there are a number of maintenance items that should be addressed. The destination is one we will not likely repeat (not at all a problem with the owner of the property), but the lack of drinkable water and the odor of the water from faucets made a big difference to us. The home itself is pretty well maintained....but I would recommend and update of the outdoor cushions (there's no real cushion in the cushions), replacement of a couple pots and pans would help visitors use the induction cooktop, and either replacement of or addition to cooking utensils would be a big plus! The living room was fine, the single bathroom was excellent, and the second bathroom was also in good shape.

We loved this little beach rental. It had everything we needed and our host was great. You get amazing sunrises and can hear the roar of the ocean while lying in bed.

We love the house right on the beach. To be able to walk right out and be at the water is the best part of our stay. We enjoy the sunrises each morning.

My wife and I booked a last minute mini vacation with our German Shepherd Bella and we had a fantastic time unwinding and getting away from the city, just relaxing. Great location on top the beach and excited to come back soon!

This was a nice little getaway for me and my kiddos. You literally can't any closer to the beach.
Communication with the property manager was excellent. She even reached out to me during our trip to ensure we were enjoying our staying and had everything we needed.
The hike to and from the car, for me, was a bit strenuous however I was solo with two children, if you get my drift. If you have man power or an extra adult, it'll be a walk in the park.
I know my situation is a bit rare.
I have no complaints and me and my kids would love to return in the future.
This time I'll bring help. Lol

We had a great time in this lovely home. The location can not be beat!! The home is very comfortable, room for everyone and the kitchen had everything we needed. The hostess was in constant contact with us, answering all of our questions and being very helpful. We highly recommend this home, and we will be renting in again in the future!

Love staying here. This is our second time. Location is perfect. House is well stocked with items we normally have to bring with us to a Vrbo (hand soap, trash bags, dish soap, etc).

This house was perfect for our stay. It’s true beachfront. I brought my dogs and they loved hanging out on the fenced deck. The house is within walking distance to Seahorse Grill which was great for dinner one night. We will definitely stay here again.

We had the best time at Dolphin Views! The house was adorable, clean, and had everything we needed and more. We experienced low crowds on the weekday and a very busy Saturday but both were enjoyable. Would definitely visit again!

My wife and I had a great stay at the beach at Dolphin Views. The home is located right on the beach with excellent views from the deck and living room. The home was exactly as described in the listing, and was extremely clean at check in and very well furnished with everything we needed. Check-in / check-out was a breeze and we will definitely be visiting again.

We had the absolute best weekend with our dog at dolphin views. The house has everything you need and the porch is amazing. You cannot get any closer to the beach than this house! Absolutely recommend to anyone. Thank you for having us!

Dolphin Views is as close to the ocean as you can get. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Even with the weather being cooler we loved walking on the beach, eating delicious seafood at The Red Snapper & Seahorse Bar & Grill and watching the Pelicans, seagulls and waves. This was our 2nd trip to Dolphin Views and it won’t be our last!

We absolutely loved our stay. It was the perfect location. Saturdays are high traffic days on the beach but Friday was still empty enough. House stayed cool and was the perfect size. Beds were comfortable. Kat was responsive and helpful. We will be back and look forward to staying here again!

This was a really cute house literally on the beach. The views from the deck are stunning. It’s a busy beach however; so if you’re not looking for cars and loud music right outside your deck, I would recommend a weekday stay when there are less people at the beach. The home is walking distance to two beachfront restaurants as well.

Wonderful deck overlooking the beach/gulf of Mexico. Perfect for sunrises and people watching.
